I hate to give a small business a bad review but Tiffany is a straight up crook and I don't want anyone else getting ripped off like i did! Took 5 months to move my trailer after I paid in full! Ghosted my phone calls. Moved the trailer without paying the taxes and getting the 936 form which I had to end up paying for. Disconnected my ac and water incorrectly so I had to replace the air conditioning unit and put all new plumbing in. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I do not recommend this company. Tiffany has very poor communication skills. As you can see from my texts she responds then ghosts me. Then when they finally did come to move it they said we was missing a tongue ( we had a double wide) as you can see on contract she states TONGUES in plural because she went to the property to inspect it so she said so we had to pay another $500 to have someone weld it then the guys couldn't get the tongue off cause they had no grinder so my husband loaned them his and he even…

Complete detailed info and pics to follow soon. It's a shame, I planned on using them several more times. Hate to give small businesses a bad review, only do it in a worse case scenario. Prefer to give 5 stars and support the little man. We didn't know if the trailer would fit, Tiffany assured us it they would have no problem moving our trailer. They side swiped our trailer somewhere along the way. Drug it on the county road without using platypus to move it. Ran over 4 mail boxes coming up the county road.

How exactly did Marlo, John and her family want free things? They paid your deposit, and then anytime for you guys to go out there and actually do the job, you guys asked for more money, saying you needed gas money. From the beginning it was extremely unprofessional, yall broke the contract, and completely failed and damaged their home. Tiffany was completely unprofessional, and honestly as a business owner myself I’m very disappointed in how she responded, treated, and handled all situations in this matter.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME‼️ these people do BAD BUSINESS. Bought a trailer from them and paid them to transport it. Told us 3 weeks, took over 5 weeks. Brought one, waited a few days for second one to arrive. Leveled one a few days after that and haven’t came back for almost 3 weeks to level the other. Definitely gonna be hearing from my lawyer.
Phan. The property owner stole all.of your block. We bought some for the fist half and will have to purchase more out of our money to set the other 2. We apologize about the wait. We our taking care of it out of our own pocket. We will see you soon to finish the rest.
So I paid $2100 and they waited one month before they said the anchors would come in any other company laughed at it. They’re scammers and be careful and we’re gonna go to the BBB about it. We were scammed! Be careful they will take your money and not call you.
This information is inaccurate. Customer made deposit for a relevel. She called and said terminate the contract and she wanted her money back. We had already gotten the entire materials package together to do the job. The day we went that direction they canceled the contract and gave no reason.
If you are looking for someone to move your single wide or double wide home and are thinking about hiring this company I suggest that you run run run far away these people are nothing but liars, scammers and they ripped me out of $17,000. …
I do not recommend this company to anyone. We paid $14,700. Their "finished" job consisted of 4 broken windows, damage to walls, doors ripped completely off the hinges, the trailer still isn't aligned properly, several of the piers are not …
House is installed to absolute perfection. In the contract it states windows will break in extreme geography. The driveway was more than extreme. We will replace them if need be tho. No sweat. Also, what else needs done? Let us know and we'll send someone to get it done.
