One of the most shady brokers out there. They lie, will use your truck and trailer as a storage unit just to get loads picked up. They will also reset your tracking to lie and say you wasnt somewhere. Luckily my truck has its own tracking. These people can't be trusted, the 5 star ratings are their dispatchers and others that are directly affected by commission. Read the negative reviews before booking. I sat on a load I picked up on a Thursday, supposedly delivering on Saturday.

Terrible experience with ABF Freight. We entrusted them with two separate shipments, but due to their operational mistakes, both were lost or mishandled. One shipment (Pro# 151***74, valued at $3,000) was reported as lost in transit, but ABF refused to provide any proof of what happened. The other shipment (Pro# 151***73, valued at $8,000) was mislabeled due to their own mistake and ended up being bundled with the first, effectively lost as well.

My company has worked under contract with this ArcBest and have lost thousands of dollars because this place was unorganized, uninformed and now that they are liable they hide behind corporate email and don't take accountability. Never will I ever work with this company and am determined to spread the word throughout my transport network. Companies like this give the rest of us a bad name!
Tried calling at 8am to open a new account. Spent 20 minutes waiting for someone to even pick up the phone. Obviously they are too busy for me.
