I wouldn't have given 1 star for this facility, they are thieves ,they have taken my property and will not allow me to retrieve my property they won't allow me to pay my storage rent now and have forced me into default. This is so wrong for any business to do to someone when it is everything I own and it's not replaceable it's my entire life.ive been lied to and have been forced to live on the streets I'm 66yrs old and disabled, I have only one set of clothes ,no coat.
If i could leave a zero I would. They have no problem taking money out of my account but to get the code to actually get into my unit impossible, and to contact someone also impossible.

The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the prices are reasonable for the size and climate control of the units! The front desk attendant, Aldi, was so friendly and helpful! She really made our experience a lot breezier, I appreciated how she showed us to our unit! Highly recommend!
I was looking for information about storage facilities in the Fort Smith area. Came to your location and Aldi was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. I will refer anyone who asks to her....
I hardly ever leave reviews but Carey was super nice and her customer service is excellent!! I definitely recommend going with this storage place. It is nice and clean as well as safe and secure!!!
This storage facility has it all - friendly workers, climate control, secure entrances with video surveillance, clean hallways, parking lot and elevators!
