A few months back I had my worst experience I have ever had moving with this company. Josh and his helpers came to move me from the Lewisville Area closer to Winston-Salem. An item was damaged and upon me speaking about it with Josh, his first step was denial and then instructing me to “Stand and watch”. I took this as very rude, demeaning, and not a great attempt at customer service. I asked him about insurance before scheduling the move, to which he replied yes.
You were never a customer of ours and this is a complete fabrication. I am 100% insured, and we also have a sterling reputation. Given the fact that you have never left a review, I can only wonder which competitor you are as this is an … More
Sent pictures of the trash that needs to be removed. We agreed on a price. He came and loaded all the junk, then asked for almost double of what we had agreed on after he was done. Beware of his bait and switch tactics.
