Very stereotypical salesman who will do or say anything to make a sale. Incredibly rude, and very pushy. So pushy, he might as well have pushed us right out the door. …

I had desired to put my current piano on consignment. After waiting for two months to have it picked up, I was called 1.5 hours before pick-up and told they are not coming because they promised others for pickup and therefore, were would not honor the agreement to pickup my piano. I was quite disappointed and would not recommend this business as a viable option for such an agreement.

Mitchell’s Gallery provided the North Carolina Gideons state convention this year with three pianos, which we rented for the convention.The pianos came tuned, Was fastset up was fast and spot on, and we were blessed by the competitive pricing Mitchell‘s brought in support of our convention. Had a great experience with Mitchell's Piano Gallery. Trey spent so much time with me answering my questions, showing me many pianos to choose from, giving me time and space to play them each, was so kind to my kids, teaching them what the parts of the piano look like and what they do. I didn't feel pushed to make a decision. He showed how he was making many mental notes of what I liked and what would be a good fit.
