Edit after the response from the owner: First off, those things have been on my curb since March 18 when kept them out to donate to habitat of humanity and it rained making it useless to them. I had already informed my hoa about the issue, and I didn't have any hurry to take it out last night. I didn't call you to come pick it up on a Sunday evening. I just called to set something up, but you were the one who said you would swing by at the end of the day.

Hired X Man last year to do my move and they did a decent job so I hired them again this year. The people working there are nice enough. One of them used the hallway bathroom and smelled up the entire apartment. They damaged trim in my new house in the bedroom doorway on both sides and ripped a $1500 velvet couch. Before doing so they asked if I wanted them to try and put the couch in the room and I said only if they didn't think the velvet would rip.

Workers were nice and got the job done but they play too many games to increase price. First issue was right off the bat. We agreed to a price over the phone of 4 movers. They showed up with 3. Offered a slightly lower price but didn't make up for the loss of efficiency. Classic bait and switch. 30 min into the move, the lead mover informed me when the clock started. Looking back at my calls. They started it 5min before arriving at my door. The last issue was the most frustrating.

Quite disappointed. Initial price quoted to move a refrigerator across the street, jumped 50% when I actually wanted to schedule. (Another company did the job which took less than 20 minutes for less than than X-mans initial quote)
Brad B, this is absolutely ridiculous! I quoted you $100-$125 to swap 2 refrigerators from a garage to another garage. A couple days later you wanted to book it and make a deposit but once I was taking down your information and getting more details you failed to mention that it was installed in…
They quoted $275-$300 to move a washer and dryer from Greensboro to Clemmons. I expected it to be exponentially less. I can probably rent a truck, dolly and pay for gas for $100-$150.

X-Man Moving is the absolute best! Eukey and Taco arrived on time and deserve 50 stars for their work ethic. They were efficient, polite, and careful with every aspect. The king mattress created quite a challenge!! First, the extremely heavy foam mattress was much wider than the door frame at the first residence due to low clearance on exterior basement stairs, and at the second residence, it needed to go up a tight, curved staircase.

I cannot say enough good things about this moving company! I found them highly rated on Facebook, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Because I couldn't be present for the move myself, my family had to step in to handle things on-site, and the coordination was completely seamless. The crew was incredibly professional, efficient, and careful. They grabbed everything quickly but took the time to package our belongings with genuine care.

X-Man was just what I needed when it was time for me to move. They were on time and professional and confident in what they were doing. And that made me feel confident in them loading and uploading my property. I dread moving and to my surprise X-Man took the dread out of moving for me and that's huge. I recommend X-Man and have recommended them to people. Word of mouth is the best because people can tell you their experience.
