Lets start from the beginning. My mother and I hired these people reluctantly. Worst mistake ever. Mother told the lady that her apartment was on the third floor and she apparently inputted it as first floor. She told them that at the minimum we had AT THE LEAST 50 boxes. So the movers get here and say that the paperwork said it was listed as a first floor apartment. We were told it would take a maximum of 5 hours originally. Mover comes in and says it would take no less than 7 hours.
We have no record of us providing any service to you. Please insure you have the correct business Thank You.
I’m furious. Literally shaking as I write this review but I absolutely need to get this out so anyone debating on using this company will think twice. We had a full house pack and move with this company that we overall thought went well. It’s been about a month now and we’ve been slowly unpacking our things. a few furniture items were broken (daughters crib, credenza door..) but that isn’t what is making me write this review. I’M NOTICING ALL OF MY VALUABLES ARE MISSING.

About 3 weeks ago I used this company and it was not what I expected. I called that Saturday morning to ensure everything was still scheduled (with the rain) and did NOT get a answer. My time frame for arrival was 8am-9am. I finally got a call and not only were they late (arrived about 12:30pm or so). I could tell it wasn't those guys scheduled job, and my items were moved in a trailer not a BOX truck that was stated. It was luck that everything was able to fit.

This "company" is a joke. I can't return their phone calls because their voice mail is full. I scheduled an in-home visit for a detailed estimate and the estimator FAILED TO SHOW UP and didn't contact me. If I can't trust them for an estimate, I can't trust them for my move. I'll take my business to a mover that wants it.

These guys were professional, efficient, and handled all of my furniture with great care from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked quickly without cutting corners, and made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. My wife and I decided it was time to move closer to our children. We lived in Winston-Salem and they live in Concord and Charlotte . I hate to move i was very happy living in Winston-Salem. My wife made the call to All in movers. They gave us a quote well we filed up teo trucks. These guys showed up on time and went to work loading the truck. I bought them lunch and they stopped to eat fast and they kept on working.

This move was seamless from start to finish. Nancy was kind and professional in scheduling. Josh and Khalil did an amazing job with our move. Their teamwork is incredible. They were quick, but took such care with my belongings making sure that nothing got scratched or damaged along the way. They far exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful for their help!
