They broke my antique China cabinet!! Plus a bunch of other stuff and they won't answer the phone. Tyler extorted us on the day of the move! Asking us what we wanted to leave because he didn't bring a big enough truck for everything!! Th whole thing has been I nightmare with insurance companies and his fake BBB on his site! There is no end in sight and I'm being put through hell and he's the one who broke my stuff. They yelled and cussed and had me in tears and were just very disrespectful bunch of people.
We truly apologize you did not have a great experience with your move. A Plus Movers strives on doing a great job for each and every one of our customers.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS I WOULD... 10/26/19- Day Before Move Called and spoke with Taylor about all of the specifics of our move and he confirmed that they had me scheduled for 10/27/19 at 10am. I stated that was perfect and that I would see him tomorrow... 10/27/19- Moving Day I got up extra early to make sure that everything was good to go so that this whole process will be as smooth as possible...10am comes along and I havent heard anything from them so I give the benefit of the doubt…
Hi Katie. I want to apologize for the misunderstanding on the 26th of October. We take pride in giving our customers the best service possible. A+ Movers would never intentionally schedule someone on a sunday (when we're closed) and not show up! Thank you.
The worst movers ever! Damaged my property and owner had a terrible attitude! After voicing my concerns of them standing around “contemplating” how to move a sofa for 10 minutes, my apartment was burglarized later that night. Not saying it was them, but sure is suspicious. Additionally there was profanity scratched into my coffee table. I used this “company” in 2018 and I was searching for movers and saw this ad. I had to inform people of the terrible service.
We are sorry to hear about your unsatisfactory moving experience 6 years ago. We do not have records of moving anyone by your name, however we want everyone to know that A+ Movers in Amarillo, Texas takes pride in our professionalism, safety, respect and attitudes when moving anyone anywhere.
Horrible! They tried to charge me for 6 hours when they were only here for 4. In to if that, they charged me $1100 and damaged $1300 worth of furniture. They did leave me with a bunch of there tools, anybody in the market for moving blankets, rubber runners, and a brand new DeWalt drill?
We're sorry you were dissatisfied with your move. Our records reflect the hours worked and charges agreed to before the move began. Regarding the furniture damage, we take such claims seriously and would have welcomed the opportunity to inspect and address any issues directly.
Very bad experience from start to finish. Ruined many expensive items and has yet to make it right and won't answer phone calls or messages. Do not use this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
This is a false review. We were in the process of getting your/his items fixed until he/you said he would take it to court. I personally (Taylor Jordan) was talking to you/him all day yesterday( May 19,2023). Thank you for the review.

Ryan, Phillip, and Taylor were absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking from start to finish. They handled everything with care, worked quickly, and had a great attitude the entire time, which made a stressful moving day so much easier. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where we wanted it.

I recently had the opportunity to work with A+ Movers and they had provided exceptional service. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate my move on short notice, which was greatly appreciated as another company I had contacted was unresponsive after booking. The team was highly professional, handling my belongings with care and ensuring everything was properly secured for transport. Their pricing was also competitive, offering good value for the quality of their work.

Had a great experience with Taylor and team. They showed up right on time and were very careful and meticulous unloading my storage unit into their truck. They helped me setup all my beds and my other unassembled furniture. Also, having the 3 guys really helped speed this overwhelming process along and it only took about 3.5 hours (3 bedroom house). Not sure why there's not more reviews for them, but I would definitely recommend them over the other guys in town.

First and foremost, I would like to say this moving company is a ** VETERAN OWNED AND OPERATED. ** I was not in a hurry to move out of my 3 beds/2baths home to Plainview. I figured I can get everything out within a month however, my new tenant wanted to get his family settled in as soon as possible. One of my friends who had moved to Lubbock recommended A+ Movers. Thank goodness I took her up on it. These gentlemen were exceptionally courteous.
