Long story short ! Hired to load our home into 2 u pack trailers , they found out I had a third of needed and packed the second one like crap! So this ended up costing me roughly 10k extra on top of the 25k I already spent ! Provided NO paperwork (which is required by the state ) and no apology for leaving a ton of crap for me and my wife to move to a storage ( extra expense) that I am going to have to figure out how to get to NC!

The movers were professional, worked efficiently, and did a good job with the move overall. Unfortunately, my TV was damaged during the move. They informed me that they don’t offer coverage for damaged items because it’s considered to be under the manufacturer’s warranty. While I appreciate that they were upfront about their policy, it was still frustrating to have a valuable item damaged during the move and not have it covered by the company.
I apologize about your experience with our company. We did inform you that the only way we move TVs is with TV boxes. It is at your own risk if you want to move it without a box. Thank you.
I’ve moved with this company three times before and always left five-star reviews. However, this time, they completely forgot about my move. When I called to confirm, they told me I wasn’t on the schedule and that I should have texted them the information I had already provided over the phone more than 30 days ago. It’s not the customer’s job to remind you of information already given so you don’t forget or fail to schedule the move.
I apologize you sent the message to the wrong number sir. We didn’t forget about you, we simply never received your information needed to schedule your appointment. I always send confirmations to all our clients that have scheduled moves. Thank you and God Bless!
While they showed up early and did move my stuff quickly, they seemed inexperienced. They trudged mud through the apartment and needed prompting to wipe their feet when moving stuff into my house. They shoved a wicker trash basket into my microwave to move it.
I apologize for the service you received. I realize this move was almost 6 months ago, but this issue will be addressed so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you

I called several places in Amarillo for movers and I’m here to tell you that Bomb City Movers are the BEST!!! DO NOT CALL ANYONE ELSE!!! The two young men (Tony & JJ) who came to move our things were very polite, respectful, efficient, and FAST, yet careful. They came in the house to assess the situation, made a plan, asked me questions to clarify, then proceeded to follow through as if they had 20 years experience! I was very impressed because that’s more like their age!

I had a great experience with bomb city movers! I called 2 1/2 weeks before my move and they were the only ones who had availability / called me back with a reasonable price. They were very responsive and fair price. I only needed help moving my belongings to a third floor apartment, but that included a washer and drier and they managed to bring everything up to the third floor in LESS than an hour!

I’ve used these guys twice in the last four months. The first time was early December 2025. The did the total move. Packed me up and moved me from Amarillo to Fritch. They did a great job then so when I needed some help loading a UHAUL to move south I called them again. They showed up on time and ready to work. We walked thru what all was going on the 26’ truck and away they went. These two guys loaded up two bedrooms, an office, our living room furniture plus our kitchen stuff.

I’m very pleased with my choice using Bomb City Movers (BCM). They were able to do the job on short notice. The 2 guys who arrived were on time, courteous, professional, quick yet careful, plus they didn’t move around like lemurs to milk extra time. Before using BCM I called several other locally owned businesses to find someone to move 1 standard sized sofa, 1 chair and 1 ottoman from the basement of my house to another house only a few blocks away.
