I used them in the past and they were great. This time, however, they arrived over an hour late and the girl who scheduled tried to lie and say they had me for 1:00 instead of 10 am, and admitted she messed up the schedule when I told her I had the confirmation email stating 10 am. Once they arrived, they ended up scratching the floor of the apartment, and after they dropped everything off at the new house I realized they had BROKEN THE DOOR OF MY FRONT LOAD WASHING MACHINE.
Called the day before to confirm my moving time was noon but was told it was actually 11…! Day of move, noon comes and goes so I call and was told they came by my house and I wasn’t there! LIES! Then they changed the story and said I was scheduled for the next day, the day I am to close on sale…? lol Was told the lady I was talking to was the manager and I was reassured that I would be taken care of SAME DAY.

In their own words
due to an unfortunate chain of events in my relocation here to Amarillo, I used these guys three times within a month. Each and every time they were very punctual, polite, courteous and very respectful of both myself, my situation and my belongings. Safety was obviously very important to them as was transporting my items carefully and protecting them. I simply cannot say enough positive things about this company and these hard-working young men.

I used them for my most recent move. The owner was very responsive and got me scheduled right away. The moving crew was courteous and handled all my items with care. The completed the loading job very quickly but also efficiently all while wrapping each piece of my furniture to prevent damage. I would highly recommend them.

The guys were super helpful. Quick service at a great price. Moved my large dresser down some really steep stairs like it was nothing.
Daniel and his crew were beyond excellent in every way, as they moved my parents’ belongings from their home of 40+ years, into a retirement community. There was NO damage to any furniture or surrounding walls, doorways, etc.. These men were professional and considerate in every way, from the time they took to pack and load and then unload, to their attention to every detail and request made.
