The rating breakdown
7 of the 47 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for A Storage Box are one or two star.
Worked out from 47 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Springfield
6.8 percentage points higher than the middle of the 14 listings in Springfield we can publish a rate for.

What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Counted across the 10 four and five star reviews we have read for A Storage Box. A review can mention more than one thing.
In their own words
I was at the main location today doing some annual inventory work at the bin, and just wanted to say that I was so taken back by the professionalism and friendliness that I experienced. The lady at the front desk was so helpful with the key and gaining access. i totally recommend this place above all other storage facilities because they completely have their act together and it shows on a number of levels.
Thank you so much for your awesome review! We sure try our best to help great customers like you!

Best storage facility in the area. Clean and safe. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Extra points for the hottie that works in the office 😉 …
Great facility and very friendly staff. Helped out a lot when deciding on a size of unit. Highly recommend to store your items
