My unit was broken into twice. I was required to carry renters insurance for this reason. There was 15 units broken into and per management they had filed the report with (per the office the Sherriff Department) but this storage place is in the Redlands jurisdiction. I have made many phone calls and visits to the office and still can not get the report or agency who took the report. I am unable to file a claim to the renters insurance. Renters beware

We have rented here for over four years with the prices increasing frequently and now that we finally took out out things and turned in the storage they want to charge the whole months rent because it’s been five days that the rent was due they should at least prorate it not charge the whole amount that’s unfair and they said it will be put in collections if the whole amount isn’t paid plus there are rats that get into these storages and chew on everything but we never complained so I wouldn’t recommend this place

I had things here for quite some time. There’s nothing that stays consistent. There’s a new manager or occupant that lives there. The FEES CONTINUE TO INCREASE!!! My last trip into the lobby office it seemed of rotten trash!!! If you’re looking for a storage place, search around before deciding on this one.

Hi Samuel, we believe you posted this review to the wrong business. We have never had a tenant by your name. We are A Storage Place on Barton Road in Redlands. We don't have a female staff member at this location, and we don't have drywall walls. Our facility is all concrete block and metal walls.
Management always has an attitude that lady at the front desk is so condescending she needs customers education I really do not like her.
