A supervisor has to check the shipping/receiving person. He is very rude, arrogant, and acts entitled with the drivers. He has sent me away 2 times when the load was available. He is going to cost this company a lot of money.
Sorry to hear about this experience, however we do not have a Male Supervisor on staff. I believe this review was meant for another company.
They are very very slow to load , they don’t wanna work, here from early morning still waiting for door , worst place , sojo industries very slow

The person that loaded my truck cool guy courteous asked me how I wanted it loaded very good so far. Front desk instructed to sock my tires and… Also (the seal) I think that an employee of this company must seal the truck not the driver.
When a facility cares about their rating usually means that they're going to be professional and this place is no exception. They're very flexible with time and very efficient workers. I got offloaded in about 45 minutes.
Quickest load ever! Less than 15 minutes! Super friendly staff. Wonderfully understanding when i was an hour late. Amazing! Thank you so much
