In their own words
I have used this company 4 times and previously had a good review posted but I had to change it due to this 4th experience. I build custom furniture that costs many thousands of dollars and so I would hire A to B Movers to move these single pieces carefully into my customers' homes. On this 4th occasion, the piece broke due to negligence moving it. When we arrived... it was in a state that couldn't be fixed on site so I had them take it back to my workshop to repair.
As stated by Mr. Terapocki, he has contracted A to B Mover's services 3 times prior to the move referenced in the review. Since the first move in 2022, our terms of service and insurance coverage have not changed.
I am still waiting for Nate to repair or refund my money for damages to my couch for two momths now. He at first seemed to be addressing the issue but now does not respond to me. The leather couch is only 2 years old amd now has punctures in the leather because his guys failed to wrap it in the plasticwrap and drape with the appropriate blankets which I provided! I will be disputing the charge with my cc company. Terrible customer service Nate.

Dealing with A to B Movers in Phoenix, AZ was great from the beginning to the end. Nate was very responsive and answered the phone each time I called, even late afternoon. The prices were clear and explained well ($100/hr for 2 guys and $150 for truck, equipment, plastic wrap, pads, etc.). I called 3 other moving companies and the closest one in price was $100 more and the farthest was $300 more (almost double).

Wow… just wow. My husband and I hired A to B for a move that I had quite frankly been dreading. Our movers were John and Glover! We had boxes and things what felt like everywhere - in fact, when they showed how legend has it we were still in fact packing! They were prompt (arrived right on time, not a second late), they helped packed loose items, wrapped them carefully and were swift to load.

I was referred by someone and I am so glad that I took their advice and went with A to B movers. I called Nate and he picked up right away and answered all the questions I had. I had a lot of coordinating to do and was pretty stressed but we were able to find a time that worked for me and all I can say is I’m extremely happy with the service! July and the older gentleman came (forgot his name but he was amazing too) at my scheduled appointment time and gave me a call about 15 minutes prior to arrival.
