I used this company for my move today….My sound bar and tv plug ins are missing….so there’s that. Some furniture damage and fragile labeled boxes were placed upside down. They also pressure you into posting reviews in front of them. I wouldn’t trust any review nor post one until you’ve actually had time to go through your items properly.

Poor communication and disrespectful and degrading workers. One of the workers asked if I was pregnant and that i shouldnt smoke. (Im not pregnant but interesting to see that was his go to for his question, i also dont believe i LOOK pregnant and AGAIN i was in the car, never spoke to them i feel violated to know he is staring at me when he should be working or talking to my man) Zach was who we originally scheduled with.

Really awful experience with this company. We hired them for our nanny and they took nearly 5 hours (almost double the quote) to move a pre-packed 800sq/ft studio apartment. When we contacted management to tell them the crew was taking 30 minutes per trip to the truck the crew then confronted my nanny (who was alone) about "getting them in trouble" and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. They said it was because the elevator was taking too long. I had to explain the existence of stairs.

I chose this company because the owner assured me during the walkthrough that the crew assigned would be fit and able to move quickly and efficiently. We explicitly discussed this, and it was a key reason I moved forward. On move day, the crew told me they had worked late the night before and were clearly not physically prepared.

They did absolutely AMAZING. You will not be disapppinted, seriously by far THE BEST company we have ever worked with. They make it so simple, so smooth and are just overall a friendly, kind, hard working bunch. Thank you so much for making our move today so easy, we are so incredibly blessed, you guys ROCK!!! Edit 4/25/25 while the gentleman were super kind and quick and easy to work with our furniture was damaged in the process. We purchased an expensive couch less than a year ago.

When scheduling Zack was a pleasure to deal with. However the day of my move was a different story. One of the guys came I gave him headache medicine as he complained of having a headache and not having time to get food. The one of the mover became very unprofessional and were cursing because I was advising Zack that I was not paying for the 45 minutes it took them to drive the 17 minutes from my pick up location to my drop off location.

Jacob and Johnny were pleasant and hard working. However, I later found damage to multiple items. In addition, questionable front office and or clerical team. Was given several different prices and quotes up until the bill was paid and even after too. Was told they made an error and needed more money after the job was complete. Wasn't ideal but job got done.

The worst moving company I’ve ever used, they damaged my dresser and broke my dishes. I mentioned them several times the boxes are fragile put them carefully in truck but they put first kitchen boxes them heavy boxes. I don’t recommend this company to anyone who wants stress free move!!!
