I don’t know how everyone else rating them 5 stars got so lucky, but I had a pretty terrible experience. The woman in the office was great and ONE of the 2 guys that showed up was at least nice, but I was totally swindled out of hundreds of dollars. I’m actually extremely angry. They took almost 2 hours longer than they should have and the excuse that they had to go down stairs is not valid. The other company that brought all my stuff up, only took 2 hours, same number of men, and it was 110 degrees.
I really wanted to like them based on all the positive reviews. I really enjoyed Linda. However, NONE of the furniture was wrapped and almost every single this was damaged. The dresser in the picture was literally brand new and the whole side of it has damage now. What’s worse is the dresser was put in the corner so I couldn’t see the damage - it was hidden from me. That dresser cost as much as the movers did.
Extremely disappointed with this company and Joseph, the owner, who was belligerent and unwilling to do anything to compensate me when I was originally quoted $400 and then charged almost $900 to move apartments that were 5 minutes apart. I'll never use this company or recommend it to anyone as they're scammers, dishonest, and could care less about their reputation.
The owner of the company is not belligerent. He stated to you as did the secretary that we are an hourly based company and IF your move was done within the 2 hour minimum, the cost would be around $400.
They were several hours late. I wish I only hired two men for the other one didn't seem to want to be there. They charged more than twice the amount than what they did in the other move.
At first I was pleasantly surprised by this moving company. Great trucks, nice movers, fast. But then, upon connecting my TV, I noticed my tv was damaged. We paid for wrapping, $30 extra for wrapping to ensure our property was taken care of, yet our tv was still damaged and now completely not working. No follow up with the movers and now we are stuck with a useless device. I’ve had cheaper, lower quality movers before that have never damaged our belongings. Ironic.
Azelyn Pinks Moving responded the next day to your complaint and went to your home to look at your TV. We explained to you if the line in the TV does not go away in 7 days please call us and we will come right back and make it right with you.
They broke several items, it took 2 trips and one guy was stoned when he returned. We fed them pizza and one left pizza pieces/trash on the pony wall of our house we were moving out of. They bent a track on one of the garage doors that was working prior to our move.
We truly apologize that you are unhappy with our company. We do strive to have happy customers but unfortunately sometimes things happen. But we always try to make it right. To accuse one of our guys for being stoned is not ok and not a fair accusation to make.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! The office staff who scheduled my move, were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. They got me on the schedule with short notice and sent me a confirmation email with all the details. On the day of my move, the movers were on time, they were very careful but also quick and didn't waste time. They wrapped everything up and took extra special care of every furniture piece to prevent damage.
I rarely give 5-star reviews because I feel that 5 stars means perfect, and there are not that many perfect things in this world of ours. So maybe this should be a 4.5-star review instead, LOL! I am using Pink's to move from our present home to our brand-new home in Gilbert. I am moving in 3 stages since I feel that this will make the frustration and work associated with moving easier for us. I have moved 8 times in my life and have enough experience to know what needs to be done and how to do it.
Would you use them again? That question should be answered every time you use a service. My answer to Pinks Moving and Storage is “Absolutely yes!” Yelp’s quote process was a breeze. Four companies answered and I immediately focused on Pinks’ response. It was quick, and provided the information I needed. The photo of their truck told me they care for their equipment which means they probably care for their people and their customers. They proved my assumptions were correct.

Tremendous service from start to finish. Received a quote within the hour, had responses to my questions promptly answered, the moving team called beforehand and arrived *nearly* on-time. After a quick walk-thru/mental inventory of items - they got right to work. Nothing was damaged in my move which is rare.
