In their own words
This moving company delivered 2 truckloads of someone else’s furniture to us. They than delivered our belongings. Many pieces of furniture were damaged and missing. We have still never received the balance of our belongings after 5 months. They also stored our furniture/belongings for 7 months and could not locate many pieces. They were very non- responsive to our many calls. We definitely would not recommend this company. Pictures of the damages (some were repaired ) are available for viewing upon request.
Stay clear of this totally unprofessional moving company. We had them scheduled on February 26 for a move from Glendale to Avondale. That morning they called and cancelled due to a sick crew member. They rescheduled with us for Sunday. Please note we were moving my elderly parents from one facility to another. On Sunday they were scheduled between 11 and 1. They were late a couple hours and then called and cancelled. This left us in a terrible position moving our elderly parents from one facility to another.
One of Mine clear container I have with all my important documents in there very very super important got lost . This is impossible to got lost, but it did I would truly appreciate it who ever have took my container home by mistake. Please return to me back to me with nothing has been touched. Removed all my important documents still in my tote bag please. I will truly appreciate it . Please help me out and have the person who took my tote bag and clear container with all my stuffs back to me.

My Beloved Late Mother’s Cremated Ashes Were Never Returned Review: I entrusted Moving At Ease with my family’s belongings, including my beloved late mother’s cremated ashes in her urn, irreplaceable family heirlooms, treasured keepsakes from my parents’ home of more than 50 years, and other items that can never be replaced. After my move, a substantial portion of my belongings remained in the company’s possession.
ZERO STARS! Is this a working organization? I called several times and left multiple voice messages to no avail. This company is definitely NOT operational on Sundays as they claim to be. It's been nearly a week since I reached out to them for help with a move, and I haven't even gotten an email reply back. ZERO STARS!

Highly recommend Moving At Ease. We used them for local move. Great communication to get the estimate and move booked. Dan gave me a feeling of confidence that they were the best choice for the job. The team was friendly and wrapped our furniture and took care moving in and out of the home and they were even able to get our big couch out the door without damage. They were on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They were also respectful of not stressing out our dogs (both leashed, one very old!).

We had a quick and complicated move. They quoted it out and moved the house within 2 days! They brought a team of 7 guys, who were hard working and efficient. They even came in under the quote. They notified us of the exact arrival time and offered to help donate some of the extra home belongings. I would highly recommend! The owner was also a pleasure to work with.

I am so impressed by Moving At Ease! They were on-time, extremely efficient, polite, wrapped all my valuables so they wouldn't get damaged and the price was so reasonable! I will definitely use them in the future and am refering them to all of my clients (being in the real estate business). I already had one client use them who was just as impressed. I have nothing but great things to say about this company!
I cannot tell you how much I dreaded this move until I met Dan and he walked me through the process! The crew showed up to pack on Monday. Tuesday was move day,and Wednesday was unpacking day. Leah, Barb and Sylvia, Brad, Brent, Vincent, Joey, Jesus,Jeremiah,Drew, and Aaron, were a tremendous group. Hard working, respectful, and easy to approach. Their attention to detail, self direction and genuine friendliness eased my anxious thoughts. Brent and Drew and Vincent could put together and take apart ANYTHING!!
