In their own words
Im going to be as thorough and honest as I can be. At the outset id invite you to look at the rest of my reviews.. youll notice I have almost no other 1 star reviews. Where they were amazing- I called them on sunday febuary 1st last minute when other moves never showed and the accommodated me last minute. They were incredibly professional, efficient and their rates were in keeping with the rest of the market. Getting two guys and a Truck to me same day on a Sunday 3 hours from my first call was wildly impressive.
I called to inquire about moving a set of couches I purchased and the man on the phone was extremely rude. I’m actually shocked about how rude he was. He told me “we are a moving company, not a delivery service.” Okay sorry that I’m not moving out of my apartment but I am willing to pay to move new couches in since I don’t have a truck but I will take my service elsewhere.
We appreciate
They asked me to leave a review. Bobby Victor and Armando broke my TV and when speaking with their boss Jeff about the claim ticket they said it was not covered now I get to move my broken $1000 TV back down 4 stories to throw away. Big Sad Face

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I cannot recommend this moving company enough! From the moment I reached out, their team was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. The movers arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and worked quickly and efficiently without ever cutting corners. What really stood out to me was how friendly and respectful the crew was throughout the entire process—they made what could’ve been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. They treated my belongings like their own, and nothing was damaged or lost.
This is the third time we’ve used Family Moving And Storage. We have had great experiences with this company, and that is why we continue to use them whenever we have moving needs. Today’s crew, Armando, Victor and Hayden were exceptional. This careful, congenial trio did an awesome job. From booking the move to payment for the move, you won’t find a better experience. We highly recommend this company for your moving needs. Thank you Jeff for providing continual good value in this industry. Steve and Linda Thompson

Moving is usually a total nightmare, but this team turned what could’ve been a super stressful day into an absolute breeze. From the second they showed up—right on time and ready to roll—they were absolute pros.
