They started out good. Got us all packed up fairly quick. The guys that packed us were very good an careful. At the end upon moving us from AZ to Dayton, OH.when they unloaded us it had just stopped raining. Well, come to see the truck leaked water and got alot of my furniture wet and ruined several pieces. Also, mattress was wet about 9-12 inches up. Not a pretty picture upon the unloading portion. They refused to give me any discount and wanted to make a claim to their insurance.
I had communicated a job with Carson clearly. The safe weight was provided in picture with the serial number. I was given 2 people with plywood to make ramps and no knowledge of how to conduct this job safety. I was told I could a hire person to insure their safety after the two got here. I was quoted another 250 dollars to wait for the third guy to insure that no harm would come to the original two. The owner in my opinion cares more about money than safety of his workers.
The movers were friendly and careful with my belongings—nothing was damaged. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Despite moving from a 700 sq ft one-bedroom apartment to the unit next door, the process took 6.5 hours, which felt excessive considering everything was already boxed and ready by the door. I was charged the full rate, even though part of the service included hanging items, which was not completed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. 0 stars.
Cancelled on me 3 times. First they postponed my appointment because they had an "out of town job" they had to tend to. Then they postponed the next appointment because they didn't check to see if the equipment rental store was actually open on weekends so they rescheduled for the following Monday and now I have just gotten another text cancelling all together. What a joke. They should never have accepted this job. Move on if you have anything time sensitive planned, these are not your guys.

The guys were nice and polite but unprepared. After breaking the front stair case in two places I had to intervene and proved my own materials to build a ramp so they could complete the job without additional damage. They then dropped a load off the front threshold and cracked the floor. Do not use this company for heavy objects.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found our team polite and professional. Before beginning the unload, we discussed that the structure of the mobile home stairs and flooring were not designed to support the weight of a 500+ lb safe and heavy moving equipment.

As a luxury real estate agent in Scottsdale, I often have clients who are in need of both in-state and cross-country moving services. Because of that, I’m very careful about who I refer my clients to, and Method Moving has proven time and time again to be a top-tier moving company. I first came across Method Moving through one of my real estate clients, who had used them for her own move and had such a great experience that she told me I needed to start referring them to all of my clients moving forward.
Brilliant job of moving heavy equipment out of commercial building. Careful prep work ensured no damage to the building or equipment. Found ways to accommodate Bert narrow clearances. Showed up on-time with clean and professional tools and rig. Excellent attention to safety of persons and property to avoid any Roadrunner + Coyote + anvil situations. Will be my first call to move the heavy, fragile, and unwieldy.
I can’t say enough good things about this moving company! They handled my long-distance move from Arizona to Tennessee, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Not a single item was broken, damaged, or missing. From the very beginning, the owner took a great deal of time to go over every one of my concerns in detail. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, explained the entire process, and made sure there were no surprises.
We recently hired Method Moving to assist with the pickup and delivery of a custom wine cabinet for one of our clients, and the experience was exceptional. I had the pleasure of working with Carsten, who was professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their team was available for same-day service, which proved invaluable for our project timeline. The cabinet weighed around 800 lbs and measured approximately 5 feet wide, 2 feet deep, and 8 feet tall—no small task.
