In their own words
I filled out a request for some recliners and a sofa to be moved to the basement on a Sunday. Edwin got back to me very quick that day! I was quoted a great price and we scheduled up the furniture move for the next day. Edwin and Jamal showed up ON TIME. On time does not happen very often anymore:-). They were so professional. They shook my hand. Asked if shoes needed to come off. They got right to work. I was super surprised they were able to fit the furniture down the stairs!
Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re glad Edwin and Jamal could help with your furniture move. We take pride in being on time, professional, and respectful of your home. It’s great to hear they navigated those stairs successfully! We appreciate the recommendation!
Edwin and his helper were very professional, efficient and friendly. They moved my belongings from NY to NJ. They arrived at the scheduled time and started the project right away. They were very careful with the fragile items. They moved my belongings from the house to truck in about an hour. The communication during the trip was great. I knew where they were, their arrival time and when the job was done. I was very pleased with their performance, communication, efficiency and professionalism.
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear that the team provided you with professional, efficient, and friendly service during your move. We take great care with our clients' belongings, and it's fantastic to know that you were pleased with the communication throughout the…
WOW!! A1 Moving deserves every 5-star rating they’ve received. We called with a very last minute request to move 75 boxes & totes, along with 3 large heavy solid wood pieces of furniture. The dilemma: For anyone who has ever had to clear out a spare room to quickly make it a guest room, you feel the pain. Today is Sunday and we needed help before Wednesday. The experience: Same day service.
WOW! Thank you so much for this truly exceptional and detailed 5-star review! We are absolutely thrilled that we could resolve your last-minute moving dilemma and provide same-day service, especially with such a large volume of boxes and heavy furniture.
We had set up an appointment with a different company to unload a UHaul, but they didn’t show up or respond to any of our calls, texts and emails. Feeling desperate as our drop off deadline was approaching, I began searching for someone to assist us. Edwin at A1 was super kind and said he’d see if he had a team to squeeze us in during a very busy college move-in day. When he called me back, he said that he himself would come over with one of his employees to empty our truck.
Thank you for the incredible feedback! We're so sorry to hear about the trouble with your original movers, but we're thrilled that Edwin was able to step in and save the day. It's fantastic to know that he and his team went above and beyond to help you meet your deadline.
