In their own words
Paid over $1,000 and my stuff wasn’t even wrapped properly. They stacked heavy items on my leather couches and ruined them, along with other belongings. The only thing they wrapped was a dartboard. When I called, the lady was combative and rude from the start, immediately refusing to take any responsibility. I have photos proving my new movers, who actually have a higher rating than this company, didn’t cause the damage. Rushed job, more damage than just my couches, no accountability, and overpriced.
Movers damaged my mine and my roommate’s stuff and won’t take any accountability for it. Very careless, rude and unprofessional. Your response just proves my point about how unprofessional this company is. First, you falsely referred to us as “husbands” when we are roommates, and you even used the wrong name, calling one of us “Tyler.” You know very well we are both men, and I find it offensive and disrespectful that you would twist that in your reply instead of addressing the damage caused.

I had my floors refinished requiring an on-site move. Jen told me to rent a 20’pod (non-refundable $500.00) plus use my garage.They used only my garage with room to spare. When questioned, she constantly yelled that her website states “Moving is not an exact science”. With her over 20 yrs experience, this was a costly miscalculation. My Stickley furniture was moved, placed on top of each other using NO COVERS! When I asked for the owner to call me she went ballistic!
I will not proceed with my entire comment to this review. We went above and beyond for this customer. As stated she has several "health/mental issues". The movement of furniture was videoed 10 minutes into her move as the men were so verbally abused by the customer they sent me clips of her erratic…
“No hidden fees” unless your attorney builds in an overlap for two closings on the same day and there is a three hour gap. Then they take you to the bank for $400 over contract price; even though they were informed of the timeline at the estimate
This move was completed 6-28-19. You also received a 2nd 18 foot truck at NO charge. The guys were loaded by 12:00 and had to drive back out at 4pm to unload you going into over time. Our rates are listed on our website, full transparency unlike other movers.

I can't say enough about this company's great service. It started with Jen, who was very responsive with any questions I had (and I had quite a few). She was prompt and so helpful. She responded very quickly and explained their process. The owner, Mike has 30 years of experience in moving and used his expertise in moving our monster of a piano. He worked right along side with the other 4 movers, and gave direction if and when needed.

Careful, thoughtful, methodical, and always communicating. They asked the right questions, and treated my belongings as I would. Not only were they prompt, but because they were ahead of schedule they called me to see if they could arrive earlier: for me, that was great! They work as a team, move fast, and they save time being efficient by passing off items to someone coming in (or for the unload, out of) the room empty-handed.
