Worst movers ever. DON'T hire them. 2 hours late - the crew was staff with day labor who ended up verbally fighting in my front lawn, they didn't come properly equipped, had a leak in their truck which damaged my furniture, were less than efficient, damaged other furniture. It was a disaster from beginning to end. Worst furniture moving company every.
Update: 4/13/2026 no one ever contacted us, this reviews is fake check every other review it’s impossible for us to get a bad review! THIS PERSON IS FROM FLORDIA CLICK REVIEWS AND THERE IS A COMPANY WITH A SIMILAR NAME THERE! Please contact us we really care for our reviews!
Worst moving company ever they scratch my table set. They had an attitude the whole entire time very unprofessional didn’t even care about my things. I have stains on my white bed set and overall worst experience I’ve ever experienced before in my lifetime will never again use this company and I don’t recommend it. If I could Give this place a zero star I would
Hello Junior, we believe this review was posted to our profile by mistake. We are located in Syracuse, NY, and do not operate in Florida where we belive you reside. We have no record of a move for you at our New York location.
This company RUINED MY LIFE!!! They seemed on the up and up and seemed to do a decent job at the start of the move but this is where it ends. Most of my stuff is damaged in some way, I'm now embarrassed to have people see my stuff, and I'm having a hard time with my mental health because of this. I would like to think some of this happened because these are younger guys who might lack experience. I just know the end result has left my life in turmoil. Live and learn I guess 😌

They handled all of my belongings with care and made what is usually a stressful process feel easy and organized. Fair Priced, efficient and timely. I called this morning, 8:30 AM. After getting a reference from Naacp in Syracuse .The young men came after quoting a reasonable price, They accommodated my schedule, and within 5 to 7 minutes this heavy family heirloom was placed up there winding stairs to our attic space! We could not have done it without Breaking something if we had not have hired these guys ! I encourage All to please support GOOD black businesses LIKE THIS!

I just had the most amazing experience with Edwin and Katron of Instant Movers. I recently relocated to the Syracuse area and needed 2 media stands and 1 dresser I recently purchased moved into my apartment. The movers I initially hired was not flexible nor accommodating, but Instant Movers definitely were! Being in a new city where I don't know anyone, it can be difficult finding trustworthy, professionals to hire.

Had a situation that necessitated a last minute move from Tipp Hill out to Pennellville. Reached out to several local Moving companies and, understandably, almost all were booked. Instant Movers was one of my later calls that day and thankfully they were available. Spoke with Katron and he hooked us up. Wasn't a huge job, but his prices were very fair and he was very accommodating. His guys showed up timely the morning of the move and were awesome!
