Called for a quote. The guy on the phone (Treyvon?) decided to try and quote me for 3 men, after repeatedly telling him I only needed 2. Then he wanted to charge me an additional $100 fee to drive to my house in Central Raleigh. So I just hung up and called 2 men and truck. I had the appointment scheduled with them in less than 10 minutes. Exactly what I asked for. Reasonable prices, and no extra travel fees, and they only charge in 15 minute increments. Avoid this company.

Charged my card months after my move — untrustworthy experience I used A1 Moving Solutions for my move about two months ago, and everything was paid for at the time of service. Out of nowhere, they tried to charge my credit card again two months later without my authorization. That’s completely unacceptable and feels deceptive. When I contacted them to ask why, I received no clear explanation or resolution. It’s frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t handle payments or customer trust responsibly.

I didn’t end up using their service (had friends help instead), but I called Harry for a quote and he is the most personable and kind guy in the industry. Super fair pricing and by the other reviews I can tell they do great work. I will highly consider them for my next move!

A1 Moving Solutions did a great job in moving me from one apartment complex to another. They had great customer service and were efficient in timing. Total move with two guys was just under four hours for a two-bedroom. While one item did break, they honored the cost of the item and deducted it from my final bill. I would recommend their services to anyone moving in the Triangle area.
