Dave gave me a quote for 5 highly skilled movers to move us to the beach area four hours away. Out of 5 only two were skilled, the others were dragging around like zombies. They started around 8:30, we pulled apart majority of the furniture and prepared all the boxes and gather everything together in order for them to be productive and fast. They left 15 min ahead of us saying they need to stop for gas and weight station.

BUYER BEWARE. The sales process was great, salesperson inspired me to use them and I thought I was going to get a quality move with no surprises! Movers showed up on time. Lead guy was going over paperwork with me. I was quoted $300/hr. during the sales call only to have them now say it was going to be $455/hr. Explanation was that they sent two extra guys for the move. We got that issue straightened out. They sent the two extra guys home. From other reviews I see that this may be common practice. Bait and switch!
Tyler Perkins was the team leader for unloading my belongings in Winston-Salem. With the exception of one of the team members who left after about 30 minutes unannounced, the rest of the team was very professional and cognizant of doing a quick but thorough job. The office manager and a couple of other guys showed up, after a couple of hours to help speed things along due to the loss of one of the members all of these folks were kind, careful, and professional.

Definitely not worth the money. Paid for 4 guys and a truck and it took them almost 6 hours to move just large furniture out of one house to a new house literally down the road. One of the 4 guys was nice and kept apologizing for the crew he was with and kept saying this wasn't his normal crew. I caught one guy vaping inside both homes and with having 3 boys under 7 this frustrated me. When I called and told their office all they said was that they would "speak" with them.

I’m not one to write reviews in general but i had an awful experience.I had to move one bedroom from a house house to a 1 bed apartment from a 2nd floor to and 3rd floor. It took 4hr 40mins which is not even the main problem.EVERY SINGLE piece of furniture I have is damaged from the move, everything has scatches and scrapes on it , mirror with crack in it, missing wheel on clothing rack, large scrapes and scratches on literally all the furniture I had (all the pieces to my bed frame, my adjustable bed, dresser…

This moving company will scam you out of money. I was quoted 328 total for my move. On moving day they ended up charging me 159 just to drive out and back - they estimated it as a two hour move costing 159 per hour and the move only took 1 hour. (The men who did the moving were very professional movers and I will say that they did a good job.) My problem is with the operations part of the business and their dishonesty in quotes and pricing. Be very cautious dealing with this company.

Great reviews which is why I chose this moving company from the start. They were really friendly over the phone also. Downside is they give you a long window of time for the movers to arrive, as late as 3PM in the afternoon. To say the least, the movers were moving in the dark. They neglected to mention a $150 travel charge for the movers to and from, after already paying by the hour.
Recognizing where we missed the mark is vital, and we genuinely apologize for any frustration caused. Customer satisfaction and going above and beyond is our utmost priority. We would love the opportunity to better understand the situation.
My experience with this company was expensive, aggravating, and disappointing. Their quote/pricing system is extremely confusing, and ultimately I believe I was mislead from the beginning. I ended up spending much more money than what I had planned on. This was the smallest move I’ve ever made, and easily the most expensive. The moving experience itself was subpar. Our movers were Zach Hager and a girl whose name I never got. Zach actually was awesome— he’s the only redeeming thing about this move.

Easily the best moving company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The guys that came were incredibly friendly and guided you through what they were going to do. No hidden costs and were very honest and upfront. I paid $145/hour. They got to my apartment at 1:15 and left by 3:15 on the dot. The total cost after everything was $460. These men work FAST. No BS. Susan Black and I needed to have a Baby Grand Piano moved from our 1st floor living room to its new home in the upstairs "music room". Quite a daunting task as the piano was large, awkward, and extremely heavy. This was complicated by the fact that the staircase leading upstairs was beautifully open and curved....nice to look at, but not conducive to moving anything, especially a Baby Grand Piano!
