Andre came to my apartment to pack it up with a single axle trailer. i was out of town that weekend and couldn't get my home packed up the way i wanted it to be. they stated they would arrive between 8-9am without me there. i told them that wasn't going to work as i have a flight and was landing at 9, so we agreed for 12pm so he could accommodate me. Andre gets to my home and begins packing.

Do not use. The lead guy was found in various rooms at different times laying on the floor or sitting on boxes on his phone. They cross wired my reclining sofa and shorted it out. Yelled at my husband tomthe point I had to entervene. They did not warrant it. Or offer a discount Now I am stuck with a sofa that has one side half-way reclined and my warranty is null and void due to this. The other 2 guys were professional but the lead was lazy and rolled his eyes when spoken to. I will be taking to court. Update.

On Fathersday i was charged a weekend hourly rate of 175 per hour. Im fine with that. 2 hours minimum. Drive time included. From their start out location to my home it is 35 minutes, no traffic. They only unloaded a 12 foot truck and spent only 48 minutes. That leaves 37 minutes extra. Tell me why i was charged 2.25 hours? I brought this up with the manager and was offered a 5% discount... still more than what they were supposed to charge me. I wasnt happy was still tipped the 2 guys 20 each.

I’m updating my original positive review because, after unpacking and inspecting everything, we discovered much more damage than we initially realized. Our one and a half year old refrigerator was left with multiple significant dents, our table was chipped, and several other pieces of furniture were scratched, chipped, or otherwise damaged. The list goes on. I understand that minor wear can happen during a move, but the amount of damage we experienced was far beyond what I consider acceptable.

Horrible driver 03DEC2025 @ cedar creek lake today. I watched this driver following way to close to a smaller car and watched it cut another car off. Idk how you could trust a company to carefully move your items when they allow these kind of drivers in there trucks. I could only imagine the care they have for your items. I was definitely surprised to see this company with such high ratings with the experience I just had. Please beware......

Don't use this movers. They will brake your furniture. We made a move from Texas to Tennessee and they scratched our vintage piano, broke our 85 inch tv, our kids bed and the freezer. The staff doesn't care about your things and don't comunicate. They will mix all your stuff. All they care is to have the job done and leave.

Not up front about what they could or couldn’t move, couldn’t fit a half empty 3 bdrm truck into a 26 ft trailer. Took over an hr lunch break and only gave us credit for a 30 min break. Unprofessional and incompetent. Paid them over $1600 and still had to go rent a uhaul.

I had a great experience with A1A Moving. From the start, Samantha was excellent---she kept me updated throughout the entire process, made everything easy and stress-free. I was even able to schedule a truck with 2 movers for the very next morning, which was a huge help. Lance and Jose were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, and took great care of my belongings by wrapping all my furniture with blankets and protective wrap. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Our movers were Mario Ayala and Lance Banum who showed up on time and they worked very diligently like Trojans! They packed our POD very efficiently and were obviously professional movers who knew what they were doing. My wife and I were amazed at how much they were able to pack into our POD! I was sure the POD wasn't big enough! After packing the POD they moved our piano and other boxes of household items into a local climate controlled storage unit.

Our experience was excellent from the time we contacted A1A Moving &Relocation Services and spoke with Samantha until the last piece of furniture was unwrapped and put in place. Samantha was very friendly, polite and professional She was thorough with questions and provided information that saved us time and money. She kept us informed all throughout our move.
