Shortly after leaving an abusive marriage, my ex husband lost our house and put all of our joint belongings in this storage facility. On a rare occasion that we spoke, he agreed to give me keys to retrieve my portion of 2 large units. He told me they entry code wrong and only one number to the units. I was forthcoming with the owner (as I am now) to our unique situation & she refused to let me in. My ex was on a drug bender and I was planning to leave the state in fear of my life.
Used them temporarily when we were relocating to Grass Valley, let them know a day before payment was due that we were moving out, husband let the office know we were finished - now receiving harassing phone calls demanding for payment two weeks after move out. Not a good look. 0/10

We first became acquainted 14 years ago when moving and then again 1-1/2 years ago when we moved again. Absolutely love this place. Everything is immaculately clean. No fear of bugs or varmints We feel our things are very safe here. Friendly peolpe.
