U-Haul of Yuba City

I arrived at my scheduled pickup (slightly early) and they didn’t have my truck ready for me. The person before me still had possession of the vehicle and failed to inform U-Haul of them keeping it. I get it, it’s not U-Haul’s fault. I had to get the larger U-Haul but and they tried making me pay the higher price. I argued that it was no fault of my own and I made the reservation over a week beforehand so they were able to give me the same price as the one I had originally reserved.

this place rented us a dolly that had tire issues. As soon as we’re home, one tire was completely FLAT! They called in someone to come to our place to replace said flat tire, We wasted all day waiting for someone to replace the dang tire instead of being productive and doing what we’re supposed to be doing! We were late on moving our things and I am pissed! Five hours of waiting just to replace a tired that should have been inspected before allowing customers to take off.

This place is horrible. It is early Saturday morning, there are two other female staffers walking around in the back area, there are 7ppl in line, and already been waiting for over 30 min. You have a better chance to drive to Sacramento if you want great service with more equipment, hit or miss at this location. Don't come here unless you have an hour to spare.

Waited for propane for 15 minutes after ringing the bell. One person standing outside on the phone and two others standing talking nearby. One waved and acknowledged me but never made an effort to serve me. This is the second time this has happened here. That’s enough! Rather pay $5 more elsewhere for the two tanks.

I went to U-Haul to get a propane tank filled and ended up waiting for almost 25 minutes. Despite going inside multiple times to ask for help, nobody came out to assist me. After waiting so long, I had to leave without getting the tank filled. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend going there for propane services.

I drove all the way from Sacramento to pick up a part that they said they had in stock and when I arrived they couldn't find the part although in their system it said they had it available. I wasted over 2 hours of driving. This really needs to get resolved.

Made an appointment but they couldn't do what we asked. The owner kept saying someone called out. We offered to wait and he said he couldn't do it. Told us that we could make another appointment but would have to pay twice. They didn't …
