If you're looking to store an RV, consider elsewhere. I kept mine here for a little over a year and it was broken into twice. Multiple things were stolen.
Very unpleasant and unprofessional old lady's working the front desk. Made me feel completely uncomfortable with 100 question as to why i need a short term storage unit. You would have thought she was the one paying for it.
The management is horrible. One evening my code wasn't working and she would not let me out of the gate, I demanded that she did and she said no she had to ask me something (if I was going to pay my rent) because it was the night before the last day (grace period), to not get a late charge. So then she started getting loud with me .When I advised her that this is against the law and she can't be doing this she slowly went in and let me out. Some ppl,,,SMH!!! I do not recommend this place at all.
When going to this facility recently I was apprehended insidiously for being 5 minutes aFter the gates 7 pm closing the lady says we Have to pay 40 dollars next month additional to my monthly rent of 80 dollars.im going to move my business elsewhere if they don't waive this fee.

Zero stars. My camper was 1of at least 5 that were broken into and everything inside stollen. The managment team didn't seem to care at all. They were sure to ask if I had insurance because they " Weren't responsible for loss or theft" NICE.
I would give these inconsiderate people a negative ⭐️ if I could. Family member passed and they wanna charge them for another 45 days. Let's see what happens with a team of lawyers.
The women who runs the place is so rude and she talks yo business and talks about personal things in public places they close for the first part of the week for two days....

I have used other storage places in a few locations around the yuba Sutter area and I must say that after I found this place, I will never store my items anywhere else! Christopher always has a smile and an ear ready to lend to help His clients. Though He will not bend His company policy, He is very understanding and willing to work with those of us whom may run a few minutes late on our payment due date. I strongly recommend this place to everyone. Good values Great service and overall awesome place .

This is the best storage facility I've ever had. Marilyn, the front desk manager. Is hands down the fairest, un-bias, non-judgmental, reasonable and understanding woman with an outgoing personality. Outspoken and very straightforward, loves her job yet, completely human when it comes to life and life's un-exspected mishaps. Being honest and following through is key. She held true and patiently helped me as I went through one of the worst years of my life.
