I came last week to get some stuff out of my storage had an issue opening my lock. The manager was out smoking when I got there. I tried for like 5-8 mins called for help no answer. Another tenant was on the property ans had W-D 40 and we were able to get it to open. When I left she was outside smoke again. So if you need help your on your own because they allow her to smoke all day long! If she's not out front smoking the doors locked & she's driving around smoking.

Hi A.L. , While we do everything we can to maintain a safe and secure facility, there are those rare cases of a break-in, roof leak, etc. that we cannot predict. If you have our tenant protection plan, you can reach out to the onsite manager to file a claim for your damaged or stolen belongings.
We have had a unit here for 25+ years. It is clean, secure, and most significantly, until recently has had great customer service. If there was a problem, which was usually that the credit card on auto-pay had expired, I received snail mail and a phone call to let me know. Just recently, however, the first snail mail notice I received was that my account was months overdue and set to be auctioned. I called "my account is on auto-pay, using a card that is not expired.
Well when I rented my storage space I went online to pick and pay , and primarily because they stayed open until, 10:00 p.m. and I commute back and forth from Sacramento to Yuba t, I groom animal's, but I'm the process of going back and forth I have a storage because I can drop off and pick up pretty late,, I went to my storage a special run from sac to Yuba only to find code the code didn't open the gate, , they changed their hours from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..

Carmel, after discussing your situation with our Store Manager, it seems that there was a miscommunication regarding the discount as most of our discounts are on the first month's rent, not the second. I am not sure who gave you the price for the lock as our locks are $16.09 with tax.

These new owners won't automatically take the money out of your account and they will charge you late fees. They are manipulative and downright criminal. I would never rent a storage unit here. These people are thieves

Clean facility. On-site customer service is good and easy to work with. They communicate well and keep me informed. The new phone app is so convenient . You can pay your bill and control the electric gate. I gave four stars because the prices are ridiculous but it's the same with all storage facilities.
