In their own words
On the 4th day of using the unit, the lock that was given to us was drilled through. Called posted security number who informed me they no longer work for that unit. They gave me another number and that guard seemed irritated with my call and did nothing to help. We ended up calling the sheriff to take a report. Left message with company on saturday about attempted break in and they never called me back. I had to go in and talk to them on Monday and there was little concern.
Awful. I’ve been through so many different ownerships for this storage place and the current management absolutely sucks. My lock rusted, they lost my spare key, they don’t assist with lock smiths. You can literally call a lock smith to come unlock any unit after hours, they don’t care since it’s on us. So anyone can call a lock smith and unlock a unit and steal someone’s stuff. This place sucks. Do not waste your money. Find another place to store your stuff.

This facility does not have any security! Our space was broken into and our belongings were trashed including a $3000 refrigerator! Do NOT use this facility! It is a great place for thieves as there are NO cameras anywhere!!!
If 0 stars was an option that would be my rating. After being with them for years as a long term tenant I had to leave. I received a couple small rent increases over that time okay sure, no problem. Finally saw my rent for a 5x5 go from $42 a month to $60 a month while their website maintained a $35/ month rent for the same size unit. Zero claim it’s an introductory offer. Their horrific business practices cost them a long term customer. They prefer empty units and price gouging over money.

There a pain in the buttocks... Cant walk your dog! No smoking! There pricey and if you dont follow cantract That's her favorite word Not following Contract! When you rent a storage unit they all sell you A Lock and Key. There nails all over the storage yard I know this when I walk my dogs I pick'm Up. Well I dont no more... buy a magnet. Walk the yard. I tired of getting nails in my tires. I be looking for a new place.
I have a 10×10 and I am paying $179 including the $15 insurance on the website it claims a 10×10 is $106 so idkwgy my bill is $179 I'm really confused how I pay so much if I go to any other storage facility it will cost me $100 I feel it's …

My grandparents have been tenants since the 90s here and they continue to raise their rent every six months months. Beware! They just for another notice it’s going up to $232 a month for a 10x10 on 4/1. Disgusting!

I was disappointed. I moved out totally before the end of the month and they still wanted to charge me for a whole new month and even more.

Storage was easy to setup online. I just had to go into the office to get my gate code. Janelle is in the office and was very helpful. I called a couple of times with annoying questions but she was patient and super nice. The place is really clean and seems very secure. Price is affordable.
