Only giving a one star because bill has not processed payments in a timely manner. I made a November payment before Halloween 2023 (because of how I get paid) and he locked me out saying I never paid for November. Last month my girlfriend got sick and I wasn’t able to get my stuff out or make a payment and bill is ignoring my texts about me paying when I get paid and is threatening to auction off my unit

The owners doesnt put all what he expects in the contract to rent a unit (illegal). He wants one to mind read. He complains about how long you spend at your unit. When you pay for a month, he will kick you out before your month is up and threaten to not let you get your items, revoking the code to get in and access the 24/hr access. It is not a fully secured area. The locks are like a safe lock or gun lock.
