Tried calling numerous times with no answers. Left a message and received no call back. Showed up to the rental office to a locked building that looked to be unused for some time. Unsure if they are even truly open for business!
Trying to report damage to a uhaul return, office was closed a half hour past the hour lunch. Scheduled to return right after lunch, had to wait in the rain.
Sorry your encounter want not as pleasant as it could have been. I was at our other location helping another customer which took longer than expected. Hope to get the opportunity to help you out in the future.
I have been with this storage unit for several years and it seems that when you need to speak with someone they NEVER return your calls after leaving messages ! When Mary-Lou was working at this business I NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES !! A double payment was taken out of my account for this month and I have been waiting for a refund , I was told by Ann it would be 7-10 days here we are 19 days later and Ann tells me I can pick up a check so I go to the office and she has cash and ONLY refunded me $159 when I paid $171 she…
I dont understand why this location refuses to do something about the snow and ice building up. I am happy that the company give its employees ice cleats to use for safety but sadly will not do the bare minimum upkeep for its customers dealing with the snow and ice.
After having my unit for over 10 years, these greedy a-holes want to charge me $10.00 for being a day late, what a rip-off. Time to get serious about getting my stuff out of there.

Iv been with them for around 5 years now been at both locations units are veary clean , i've only had one issue and that was with somebody using a empty unit They weren't supposed to next to mine to thaw out a truck loaded with snow ( the car dealership ) and it flooded my unit but they got it taken care of the day i called about it.best prices in town best service in town, access anytime you want or need.
