The staff is very rude. It's very unprofessional to yell at someone. I don't care how the customer act's you need to be professional No I am not a friend of someone that got evicted. I am someone who call for information and was treated horrible
Hi Amber!! I'm sorry you feel you were not treated professionally. I don't see your name as one of our current or past tenants, however, I do believe you are a friend of a tenant that we had evicted for non-payment.
I didn't want to give any stars but had to for it to post. My family has used this storage unit company for many years. Recently moved a family member back & decided to rent with them again since no prior issues. After driving 19 hours, we get back to the unit & the unit I reserved was locked, called the office & they had already left for the day remind you it wasn't even 5 yet.

Paid my past due balance online, can't get into the gate now. No one is here during business hours "due to staffing issues"... No emergency contact number... I'm sitting at this place with a 16' moving truck at 2:13pm on a Friday and I can't get my stuff. Livid is not the word... There should ALWAYS be an emergency number for situations exactly like this. I have a job across the country waiting for me and now I cant leave until Monday. Thanks SO MUCH... 😡
Hello Shauna, Thank your for the review we are so sorry that you couldn’t get in after paying your past due balance. Our manager had a family member die and we close the office for her to be with them. She does check the voicemail often.

The staff was very friendly even though I walked in 5 minutes to closing time. Not sure I would've been that nice. That's why she works there and I don't. Lol. No, really. She was very helpful. And did her job very proficiently. I was really glad she waited on me when I came in cause I was alrdy having a bad day, and she made it better.

The gal was nice and answered all of our questions. Didn't rush anything and it didn't take long to get what we needed and it was decently priced too!
