Awful! Took our deposit, scheduled a date and was a no show for our moving date. Tried calling, no answer. Complete disappointment. Very unprofessional!
Gave a 5 star review however I had to change- I really wanted to leave a positive review, but after unpacking at my new home, I was disappointed by the condition of several pieces of my furniture. My dining room table now has deep scratches, one chair leg is completely broken, my wood bed frame is scuffed, my clock arrived with broken arms, and my speaker box is all scratched up. What’s frustrating is the company knew the size of my U-Haul and the storage unit before agreeing to the job.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Stay far away from this company. Took their team of 4 more than 4 hours to pack up a 10 x 30 storage unit, of which they still left a quarter of the items. Assured us that the truck they had would fit everything and then called us after the truck rental had closed for the day that they could in fact not fit it all. As it was now into the evening, they asked if we still wanted our things that day.

Hired them to pack my truck for a move across state and the truck was in an absolute state of disarray. It looked like they have just been chucking items across the truck. Because of this there was a ton of wasted space and they told me “looks like the rest won’t fit.” As if it was okay that they weren’t planning to pack all of my things. They put top soil on my mattress, had fragile boxes not packed on an even surface, and it was absolute chaos.

Mo was very enthusiastic and friendly when I contacted Oody for moving assistance. Unfortunately there were issues with the storage facility, so my move was delayed. He agreed to return the following day but requested $100 for his time, which I was happy to oblige when the move was completed, because I wanted to ensure the movers would return the next day. That gut feeling I had I should have paid attention to because the next day the fee for his time turned into more money and issues with his changing stories.
