In their own words
Our unit was broken into twice. The first time, they had fake cameras up. They ended up getting actual security cameras after that. When it got broke into the the second time, Jennifer, the manager, said she gave the footage to the police but after speaking to the police we found out she didn’t. When we tried to call her to ask about it, she wouldn’t answer and refused to return any of our messages. We were a customer of theirs for 6 years and never missed a single payment and that’s how she treats her customers.
We worked with the detective working on your case. No, our cameras are not fake. And per our contract that you signed, we are not responsible for break-ins. You should have had insurance to cover the items that were stolen.
Manager is sketchy. Don't use this place for storage. Being that I can't respond to your comment. Thanks for your concerns ?! Your unprofessionalism is questionable. I hope the owner can seek to new management. I'll be sure to not recommend this place to anyone!!
From my records, you don't rent a unit at either of my facilities.
My unit was broken into and robbed. I was out of town and was notified a few months later after the incident when the manager called me to let me know I no longer had a lock on the unit. They do not have cameras.
Poor response "after hours". Took 24 hours to return my call when I was having trouble accessing the storage space facility with their gate keypad. …
Horrible customer service. There are many other storage unit options in town, do yourself a favor and go anywhere else! Management is horrible!

Called in a payment for my daughter and the gentleman that assisted me was very polite, knowledgeable and processed my payment promptly. Kudos to AAA Storage for ease of payment.
The storage spaces are very clean, at this point I have yet to see traces of rodents but I have only been there a week and a half. I like that it is secure and has a manager on duty pretty much every time I am there. They supply a new, very good quality lock that is of the style that it can not be removed by bolt cutters. As stated, I am still new here but easily I'd recommend it to anyone looking for long term stoorage. PS. No contract commitments.
I have been renting two units at AAA rapid storage for sometime now. Management is always accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t recommend storing your personal belongs anywhere else Jeremy Ruyle.
I rented a larger storage unit form here for over two years and always had a great experience with the management when it was time to pay my monthly bill. They always do a great job at pleasing the customer!
