In their own words
This company is unreliable, I scheduled a move for Saturday August 9 they never showed up I called their office they didn’t pick up during regular office hours, called their after hour, called the dispatcher nobody answered I left message after message no response. How can you schedule a move and NOT show up. Apparently the confirmation is a joke.
The people in the office are very nice and polite. I had a great experience with the people over the phone. The day I was moving it rained and there were puddles. The first crew came out and we drove to the new location and part of the sidewalk to my new apartment was under water. I was told that the movers "could not get their feet wet" and the move was rescheduled for the following day.
I am writing a review after sending the below email to Aardvark two times over a 9 day period and not receiving any response. I was simply looking for an explanation and received no contact. The email is too long so part two will be under John Wilcox indicating part two. Very disappointing. Email: Hello, I wasn't sure if you sent out a satisfaction survey so I waited a few days before I was going to provide feedback. When I utilized your company on September 30, 2016 I had a flawless experience.
Original poster Tim Crawford- part 2 All my other supplies were shipped. What other option did I have that wouldn't have cost me monetarily. Is it normal practice for movers to use a toilet and leave brown stains behind? That blew my mind. Completely unacceptable. Having said all that the movers were very nice and assisted with moving a dresser out of the destination location. I didn't pay for nice.
Only sent 2 movers and did not adjust moving rate 1/3 to reflect this. Movers were friendly but having only 2 movers caused the move to be much longer than anticipated and cost me more money at the end if the day. Majority of my wood furnitured was banged up along with a leather couch. Damage done to the house by the movers. Asked the owner to send a licensed contactor to repair the home properly. He refused and assured me the guy did quality work for bank owned homes.

I recently hired Aardvark Movers to load up my rented 15 ft. trailer for a 3-bed, 2-bath 1500 sq. ft house with all the assorted furniture you'd expect. I'd actually used Aardvark several years previously for an in-town move within Phoenix, and they did such a great job that I decided to go with them again. This time they continued to live up to the high standard set as before, and I was very happy to arrive in Colorado Springs with all of my belongings and furniture intact with no damage.
I'm a repeat customer, and today I had another great experience with Aardvark. They were able to get us scheduled with little more than 24 hours notice. Pre-move communication was great. Damon and crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked quickly to help us get everything out of a 3rd floor apartment and relocated to a nearby storage facility. It was a bit of a mess, as we had limited time to prepare, but the Aardvark team went above and beyond to get everything moved in a short timeframe.
We called Aardvark Movers on the recommendation of our realtor. Their crew came on short notice, moved our furniture and belongings carefully and efficiently into storage and then into our new home with no problems and for a very reasonable price.

We were absolutely thrilled with Aardvark movers. They were very easy to coordinate with and very flexible with us needing to shift our moving times. Their rates are unbeatable! Their pricing is very transparent and we were not hit with any surprise fees. Our end price was exactly what they quoted us. We had a team of 3 moving us out of at 2 bed apartment into a home, both with stairs. Damon and his team were so efficient.
