Update: I finally received photos of the damage, after my review posted. When my husband returned home from work, he looked at the quad and dirt bikes (missing wheels, as you stated, not sure if you are taking jabs at our personal belongings now?)… looks like the fuel line was damaged during the move, creating the small spill (possibly rough turns, not enough straps..?). I have requested pictures of the repairs that we were required to pay, no response.
Hi Amanda, I’m sorry you fill miss informed or over charged. We did inform your mom of the spill since you told us you wouldn’t be at the unload and she would be handling it on the that end (during the unload). And she gave us a towel to put over it to not track it into the house.
Confirmed the appointment with these guys 2 days prior, confirmed again on the day of moving.. They never showed up and stood us up. Very unprofessional to do this to a customer. Anthony and his team are worthless. -->>>>DO NOT USE METHOD Movers.. ---->>>Go elsewhere..

I was told $250.00 to move a safe fron one side of the room to the other. They couldn't move it in 15mins so they told me it will be an extra charge for 1 hour. It's a shame they don't tell you everything up front before they come to your house. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Bad customer service and attitude
Hi Qisai, Your safe was bolted down, and you couldn’t open it. It’s a shame you choose to lie in hope to harm a small business.
To begin, my Samsung TV was not in a protective box, it was only shrink-wrapped! This company dropped my 57 inch Samsung TV and damaged it to the point that watching the TV has large black circles and vertical lines across the screen. I filed a small claims order addressed to Mr. Latart and he did not pick up the file, and sent the certified envelope back.
Deb, I'm genuinely sorry you feel this way, but there are some important details being left out here. This was actually your 4th time hiring us (3 moves 1 TV mount). On the first move you accused us of damaging your TV stand and insisted we replace it.
don't contact the company unless you are going to book - he started out professional but then took an interesting turn- we were texting Monday , he gave me a quote i thanked him and advised that i was still shopping around for the best quote - he messaged me Thursday morning asking if i still needed help with my move - i replied "no thank you, i actually booked with a company. thank you" he replies "we are a company as well, have a great day" and then immediately BLOCKED ME.
They way you had worded the statement made it seem as if you thought we weren’t a really company. We don’t appreciate to do business with people who don’t respect our work and effort just because we are Students trying to grow. I apologize if you took it the wrong way.
Where do I begin? Contacted them for a last minute move. Sounded great on the phone so we set the day. The day of the move we agreed on 4pm for them to arrive. (Mind you we were on a tight schedule). 4:15...no guys nor a phone call to say hey we are running late. My husband calls and is told they won't be there till 5PM. Great. Well 5PM comes around and they STILL aren't there. My husband was finally able to get in touch with them to be told they are still running behind.
I am not happy witj my move i scheduled a week in advance to get help moving my furniture out of my uhaul to my apartment. I scheduled between the times of 11am to 12pm. An hour before they were suppose to show up theu saod they wouldnt be able to come until 1 i was okay with that. Then a couple hours go by then im told its going to be another two hours.
I’m sorry about your experience and that your unhappy, I wish I would of know that our first job wouldn’t of been done on time Sooner, I let you know as soon as I got down there and was able to asses the situation.
Job was scheduled to start 10-11a our movers did not show until 215p. Several calls and texts keep postponing the job later and later. Being I reserved the 26ft truck should of been adaquit details that our job was large with heavy items. The 2 movers for our job were not a good match for our move and for each other as they didn't work well together. My Boys had to jump in and help just to complete the job. I was offered a 5% Discount when I requested to be compensated for the poor service.

Highly recommended!! These guys were awesome! I always dread hiring movers due to horrible previous experiences with multiple companies but these 3 were such a treat. We won't be using anyone else in the future. They were on time, very organized, extremely polite and respectful. They were friendly and so efficient! Their price is a bargain compared to others, it felt like such a great value at the end of the day. There were no extra fees, nothing was broken!
The team at The Students are some of the most excellent people with which I've had the pleasure of working. Professional, friendly, and they have exceptional attention to detail with loading and unloading items. I hired them to move some of my things into a storage unit on one day, and then to take the remainder of belongings on a long distance move the following day. They completed the entirety of the storage unit move in under an hour; loading, driving to the unit, and unloading.

I’ve used Method moving and storage twice for wall mounting TV’s, shelves, and nightstands. I would absolutely recommend their service to anyone looking to move, or get a new home set up. To start off, the response time was extremely fast. I heard back within a few hours of my inquiry and was able to schedule to have the work done the next day. The ability to be flexible around the customers schedule sets this company apart from the rest.
