I gave this place 2 stars as the office staff did what they could to smooth things over in the beginning, but the more that we unpack, the more we find One of the movers moee so than the other two, was quite careless and we noticed was getting more corrective talking by the foreman than the other mover. An antique dresser that has been in my family for about 60 years was broken when moving and no one informed us they had broken it. One of our tvs has two inch or so long deep scratches on it.

I was quoted a price just below $1000 for a move from Overgaard to Sun City West. I explained that I needed very little furniture moved as I was leaving major appliances, beds, dressers & deck furniture for the new buyers. I further explained that I would have boxes from my kitchen, clothes & decor and all would be boxed and awaiting pickup in my garage. Upon arriving I was told by TYRONE FRANKLIN that more would be charged because of the quantity of boxes. This amounted to another $600!!

My husband and I hired this company in November of 2025 for a local move. I chose the company based on the cost and the reviews after getting seven quotes. On a positive note, the team moved quickly. However, they moved too quickly. There were 6-8 occasions that my husband and I counted where boxes or our furniture fell off of the cart or dolly. We would’ve understood once or twice, but the repetition of this occurring was quite irritating since you want your things to be treated with care.
When I booked moving services with Sam, I was given an estimate of between $900-$1000 minus the $150 deposit for booking. Yes, I’m aware of what estimate means, but the end cost was nearly $2,000. There was a three man crew, but I only saw the third guy when they initially showed up and when he handed me a tablet to pay. An elderly looking gentleman named Martin did most of the work, which was crazy to watch. I assume the other two were busy goofing given the 6 hours of billed labor and heavy marijuana odor.

Well, I've been holding off on writing this review about the company, seeing how they will take care of their clients. As I see on here all the wonderful reviews, hoping that Ontrack care and would take care of their client that didn't have a wonderful experience. It has been almost a month now that I have moved and used them to move me and my family from one home to another. Had a wonderful experience with James and Carmina setting up the free quote for the move.

Terrible driver . Very unsafe . Cut the whole gore area during bad rush hour traffic almost caused an accident. Then he had the audacity to honk at others.

We had the absolute pleasure of Gabriel plus Jair and Riki join us on Saturday to help with our move. These guys were PHENOMENAL!! Honestly, some of the best money you'll ever spend is getting professional help for moving. Moving house SUCKS and it's so hard, the team were with us bright and early on Saturday morning and in 5 hours they had cleared out our house and most of our garage and got it all packed into our moving pods.
