If I could give NBMS zero stars, I would. I never write reviews but my loss was considerable and this company had no interest in the damage they caused. NBMS packed and took my things from AZ to Texas to a large storage unit. They showed up with no hand carts...and had to use my garden hand cart to unload a 26 ft truck. When they unloaded truck, I had two filthy and punctured king mattresses (mattresses and box spring were not covered) and had been dragged across truck floor.
I've used Bruce for 2 moves myself as well as 3 furniture pieces that I built that got delivered to customers of mine as well as referring MANY people to him. After today, I will never again refer anyone. I hired them 4/8 to move my woodworking tools from old garage to new garage. cost was $799.60 for 3 hours of work. I paid $850 to tip the boys a bit. When I asked for invoice later just to show what I paid for tax purposes, they sent $799.60.
If you use this company, get the extra insurance. We moved only 11 miles and although Bruce worked on some things and my husband worked on other things we still had damage that cannot be repaired. These same items were moved cross country with no damage.
Rosemary Thank you for your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We take great pride in handling our customers belongings with care and use moving blankets , stretch wrap and professional moving techniques on every move.

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
I recently had the pleasure of using New Beginnings Moving Solutions for my move, and I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service. From start to finish, they exceeded all of my expectations, and I recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and professional moving company. The team at New Beginnings Moving Solutions was incredibly courteous and professional.
Samantha, thank you so much for such a thoughtful and in-depth review! We’re truly honored that New Beginnings Moving Solutions could exceed your expectations and turn what is often a stressful process into a smooth, worry-free, and even enjoyable experience.
NBMS Moving delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The team Bruce provided, led by Justine, was absolutely incredible. They handled my furniture and home with outstanding care, ensuring everything was protected and moved safely. On top of that, they were fast, efficient, and highly professional throughout the entire process. This was a full move of a 6-room house plus a garage, and the crew handled it with skill, professionalism, and great attitudes.
Ron, thank you for the amazing review! We're glad that Justine and our moving crew delivered the level of professionalism you described, especially on a full six room home and a garage. Thank you for your comment on pricing and transparent billing.
I highly recommend New Beginnings Moving Solutions for all your moving needs. We recently relocated from Arizona to Indiana, and Bruce and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish. While we handled most of the packing ourselves, Bruce's crew expertly packed our more delicate and bulky items like TVs, lamps, and a glass curio cabinet. They arrived on time, loaded the truck with care and efficiency, and met us at our new home in Indiana to unload everything.
Thanks, Angie! We’re glad your Arizona-to-Indiana move went smoothly and that everything, even your curio cabinet, arrived safe and sound. Our crew works hard to make moves stress-free and keep everyone in the loop, so it means a lot hearing that came through.
Update: We needed a mover again, this time to move a big houseful of furniture and a car across the country. I didn't know that NBMS would fly to our state - I thought they just focused on Arizona. I was wrong! Bruce and his team flew to our state, went out of their way to rent trucks at a good price, and moved all of our stuff and our car all the way across the country. They are so capable and have a great can-do attitude. I am so happy to have everything i need in my new state.
Thank you so much for the incredible update and detailed review! We’re honored that you chose New Beginnings Moving Solutions not once, but twice—especially for such a large, cross-country move involving both your home and vehicle.
