Showed up late. Waited all day for them to show. Poor communication. Damaged tub during move. Find someone else to move your spa.
I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure you meant this review for a different company as I don’t recall having any complaints or issues on any of our recent customers in “like forever “. Hopefully you can find wich company you used and resolve this with them. Thank you
Made me pay 225.00 because they said I need a crane. they sent a gal and 2 other people to lift a hottub on to a hot tub cart. The three of them weigh each about 140 lbs. and can maybe lift 400lbs tops. this hot was down about a ft to ft and half. they call it under ground. If u don't have just the right situation for them to move it. You will be paying alot more. Took 3 times , crane broke and then tried to get another 25.00 from me when it was time to pay.

Very happy I found these guys. Extremely responsive, expert at what they do, and very pleasant and professional. Showed up on time and so very carefully moved my new spa to where it needed to be located. And as a bonus, very reasonably priced.

I recently purchased a new home and needed to relocate my spa to a different part of the property. After a quick search, I called JV Spa Movers, and to my surprise, JV himself answered the phone. He asked a few insightful questions to understand the layout and potential challenges, gave me a fair quote, and then asked, ‘How about moving it tomorrow?’ I was impressed by how effortless the process seemed.

We purchased a hot tub from Costco and used JV Spa Movers to move the hot tub to the backyard. The plan I'd simple and worked pretty seemless. Once the delivery company called a d informed me that my hot tub would be delivered within an hour, I called JV Spa and they said they'd give me a 30 minute window when they were enroute. They arrived, checked out the path and final spot and began working on getting the hot tub moved.
