CRACKED SCRAPED DENTED MULYIPLE APPLIANCES AS WELL AS 3 missing IMPORTANT FRAGILE BOXES THAT WERE LABELLED CORRECTLY // SPOKE NO ENGLISH (but I’m fluent in Spanish) overheard the three young teens talk crudely while no one was looking and threw soda cans out of the truck on their way out….
I recently used AB moving Company for my move on July and I'm extremely disappointed with their service. During the move the crew damage my washer. The filter cover, parts debris filter and the entire I side panel were bent and broken making impossible to close the door and keep the drain tube inside. This damage not only affects the appearance of my washer but also it's functionality.
I had a terrible experience with AB Moving. They caused $8,000 in damage by hitting a sprinkler in my apartment complex, and getting them to take responsibility was a nightmare. For months, they gave me the runaround, avoiding returning calls or following through in any meaningful way. My apartment complex gave me notice they were going to send the amount to collections and hold us responsible because AB Moving wasn’t cooperative.
DO NOT use this moving company! They failed to move several items including an oriental rug, LG washing machine, safe, and boxes of items. Initially they went to the wrong delivery address. They did not deduct this from the total bill. After paying them $915 I had to hire other movers to do the undone work. When I asked for a refund they offered $151. I am now working to recoup the $915. I guess I’ll have to consider the other expenses a loss. The pics show some of the items they failed to mive
The company is ok, but the teams the contract out is horrible. These guys dented up my refrigerator. Broke my recliner plug and cracked my tv and AnB offered $23.00 to fix it. THIS is Ridiculous. Please do not use them. This is my last time using there company. I will be pursuing a lawsuit and asking my bank for a full refund.
DONT USE. I used them yesterday and I had a nice bracelet stolen, over $500. That’s all I really need to say. But, they broke a glass table of mine and left it all over without cleaning it up which left a fine from my old apartment. If you want a trustworthy site, don’t go here.

So I have to say I’ve used AB Moving for the last 3 moves and they NEVER disappoint! This time we had the Segoviano Crew and they were phenomenal. Every single thing about this process exceeded our expectations. I made the appointment on line and they followed up immediately. Unfortunately, I scheduled the wrong day. So, on the day that I thought I had scheduled, I called AB to get an update and that is when I learned of my mistake. They asked if they could contact a crew and get right back with me. I received a call about 15 minutes later saying that a crew could be available in a half hour!

Thank you so much to Ivan and his 2 other guys for helping us with our move. The one day we were scheduled to move it was torrential down pour and flash flooding in Dallas. They had a positive attitude about the situation, worked through the downpour, and kept all of our stuff dry. I would recommend them 10x over!!! THANK YOU IVAN.
