I left a review about this company a couple days ago. I had a bad experience. Now I have more to say. I started unpacking and I am missing several things that were brand new in boxes. Right now it's over $300. In missing items. My move started at 1130 am and should have been no longer than 3 hours but the truck broke down twice so I didn't get my stuff until 9 pm. I'm so very disappointed with this company. Somebody stole some of my belongings. I had $1200 in stuff that was stolen. Didn't get anything for it.
We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our company ma’am. You weren’t charged for any of our idle time, and we also gave you a $130 discount for the inconvenience. As far your missing items, I can assure you that It wasn’t the doing of our guys.
It was a complete rip off. I am so dissatisfied. I will never use them again. I was overcharged and paid almost $2,000. It was so not worth it. Also DO NOT respond or write me back I do not care what any of you have to say that was a ridiculous price and you know it.

If anyone is looking to experience the move from hell, these are your folks. I have never experienced more incompetence in my life. I have already left a poor review on Facebook. I plan to do so on every social media platform I can as well. Furniture not wrapped with stains now. Items disassembled and not reassembled, and I have no idea where the parts are. Our bed almost fell apart last night because the bolts were put in but not tightened. I could go on and on.

Don’t rely on ABBA Movers if you have a tight timeline—they called me less than an hour before their arrival time to cancel because they didn’t have staff for my move. I needed to be out that day, and they offered no remedy other than rescheduling to another day, which I couldn’t do. When I called their office, the scheduler actually had no idea the mover had cancelled and offered no solution again. I booked with another moving company who came same day and did a phenomenal job.

The guys showed up not in the mood and quit within one hour. The manager of Abba ignored my calls. I had to scramble to find another moving company. The first time I used Abba the guys were professional and energetic. Not this time.

Highly recommend. Did a great job unloading. Good communication- they initially called to say that they would be late but in the end overestimated it and called to come earlier. Good listeners- listened to our concerns we had about delicate pieces and rearranged them to ensure no accidents. Good teamwork- they were very helpful to a one another. Prepared- we asked them to bring multiple dollies and they came prepared and had furniture straps as well.

We used Abba multiple times during a major move, bringing stuff both out of a storage unit and from an apartment. Both times, Abba's movers were efficient, careful, polite, and friendly. They moved all of our stuff extremely quickly but also with extreme care, and at a very reasonable price. I can't recommend them enough, and I'll definitely be using them again any time I need movers in the future.

First of all, I want to preface this review by saying what a great team they have at ABBA Movers. I work in customer service, and I know from my own personal experience that sometimes things happen and things can run late, but it’s really about the recovery that you do for your customers when things go wrong, and ABBA went above and beyond for me and my husband. We had scheduled an 8 AM move, but issues with their truck caused them to run several hours late.

We hired Abba movers twice because they were so good. First we had our big move from Mississippi to Louisiana. 17 years of stuff! They loaded it all up in 3 hours early in the morning. We figured we wouldn’t see them at least til the next day. But they said “well let’s go!” They drove it immediately to Louisiana and unpacked us the same day! I only had that sort of service from a moving company when my cousin owned it. They even took stuff over to our storage unit for us.
