Your Movers

For the most part, my experience was pretty bad. A 3 man crew was scheduled to move my condo to my new home. I was told they would be arriving around 9 AM, but they arrived at 10:45. After starting the process when they were supposed to be moving my items, they were on their phones and smoking cigs. I had to ask them to continue to do the work I was paying them for. I then started to move bed frame pieces myself to keep us moving.

I had a move scheduled for 8:00–9:00 AM. Everything seemed fine at first. Around 8:15, they let me know they would arrive by 8:40. When 9:00 came and they still hadn’t shown up, I decided to call to check in—no answer. I tried again at 9:30 and 10:00, still no response. At that point, I had no choice but to hire a different company. They never showed up and didn’t have the decency to inform me of what was going on.

I reached out on a Thursday asking if I could be moved soon I was told yes , I had to be gone out by that Saturday to be out of town which I explained that and was told they can move me that Saturday , I received a text that morning saying how they were on jobs already and no truck was available to move me but if you knew you were booked up for the day why lie to a customer in need which stopped me from moving and getting to work , I checked uhaul they did have trucks available that was yet another lie.

I hired Your Movers for a local New Orleans move and booked it with Brad, the owner, on Saturday, July 25, 2026. He confirmed the move date and time by text message and accepted a $128 deposit, which I sent through Venmo that same day. On Monday, July 27, he did not show up at the scheduled time. There was no call, no text, and no explanation of any kind. I called his personal and business numbers more than 15 times and sent multiple text messages that day. He never answered or responded to a single one.

The worst, most unreliable moving company I’ve ever encountered. They were scheduled to pick something up from me at 10am. At 11am, they texted and said they were stuck in traffic, and would be there soon. Nobody ever showed up. I tried calling and texting the driver several times and never got a response. I also called the main number and left a message, and emailed the business. No one has ever responded to me. I wasted a whole day waiting on them, and would never recommend this company to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment to move furniture that a family member was bringing in town. Received a confirmation text with the date and time we agreed upon. Got a call from Brad the day before to confirm again, but the day of they no called and no showed. They did not answer any of my calls or texts inquiring about an ETA. Left me scrambling to find a last minute solution. Avoid at all cost.

Booked an appointment last Friday for 9AM. Brad called me the day before to confirm my booking appointment. NO ONE SHOWED UP OR ANSWERED THE PHONE. I called and texted from 9AM to about 10:45AM And this company completely GHOSTED ME. This business is a SCAM, do not recommend! They will leave you high and dry!
