The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Exceptional Moving Experience in New Orleans! I recently had the pleasure of working with Movers and Helpers for my move in New Orleans, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their outstanding service! From the moment I first contacted them, their team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and easy to work with. They promptly responded to my inquiries, provided a clear and reasonable quote, and answered all my questions in a thorough and helpful manner.
Thank you for the kind words Mariana! If you need any help in the future please give us a call!
The Movers and Helpers Team of New Orleans was fantastic! Great experience from first call to perfect placement of our beloved piano. Keenan and team, answered our plea. They made the move happen in super short notice and for a very reasonable price! We had unloaded our whole container, just the piano was left. We thought we could do it. However, when the time arrived, we realized we didn't have the equipment or manpower to take on the stairs and have confidence our piano (and us) would make it unscathed.
Rebecca, thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re really glad Keenan and our New Orleans moving crew were able to help on short notice and get your family piano safely up the stairs.
I am beyond pleased that I chose this moving company. My full 2 bedroom home had to be moved across town into storage in one day. I had the pleasure of having Keenan and Ryan and they were extremely careful with the home and my belongings, efficient, and had fantastic attitudes throughout the process. They even advised me on what size storage unit I would need. I wouldn’t hire anyone else after this experience!
Thank you so much for the incredible review! We're thrilled to hear that Keenan and Ryan delivered a smooth, efficient, and positive moving experience for your full-home move. Their care, professionalism, and great attitudes are exactly what we strive for, and we're so glad they were able to assist…
When I tell you these people literally saved my life I’m 100% serious. I called them in a crisis after my roommate and I just purchased our dream couch and realized we couldn’t get it up our outdoor stairway ourselves and weren’t confident it was even going to fit at all. Everywhere else was closed and too expensive and we had to get this done before I went to work today or else the couch would’ve sat vulnerably outside overnight. They came over in probably 15 minutes and carried it up in less time than that.
Ruth, thank you so much for this amazing review. We’re really glad our New Orleans moving crew was able to help in a stressful situation and get your couch up those stairs quickly and safely.
