Broken items. Offered small refund. Wow, those are strong words sir. I was never deceitful about anything. Yes, I did have more items at the Fairhope home, that was a surprise to me also. Those were in the attic until that morning. As for the broken sewing table, that was absolutely on your guys. I even warned them that it was awkward to carry. As for packing.

I would not recommend this company. We hired them move our 2 bedroom appartment into the uhaul. They were supposed to be at our residence at 7:30 and didnt show up till 8:20. The "boss" stayed on the phone the whole time while the other guys did most of the works then he left for about an hour and left he other guys at my home. They didnt do.much while he was gone and then sat down and ate lunch when the boss returned.
I tried to call you after reading this because this is not accurate at all. We worked hard for you.. showed up at 7:45 am. Had a third man come at no cost extra cost. You didn’t see me as much since I was loading everything strategically in the truck.
If I could give zero I would. I've used 4 other moving companies in the last 12 years and this company was by far the worst in all areas. The only good thing about them was their original quote! Go to Eastern Shore movers, Two Guys or Motivated Movers. Hey! maybe I just got 3 terrible movers and they have better ones, I dont know but the jokers they sent me along with their customer service is what I'm writing about and it wasnt very good!

I had a 2 PM appointment to unload a rental truck and after multiple calls with delays the movers arrived 8 ½ hrs. later at 10:30 PM. They were all respectful but handled the contents carelessly and was careless going through the doors on …

A few years ago, my mother relocated from Georgia to Alabama. When I decided to do the same, I asked her who she used for her move. She recommended About The Move. So glad she did. The guys were friendly, careful, and efficient. The price was appropriate. Happy customer.
We moved today. Josh and his crew did excellent job! They arrived on time, done the job on time. His crew take each of our items with care, always smiling during work. Our master bed need to de-assembly in our home and re-assembly in our new home, it is complicated work and it takes some time to final get it re-assembled. The crew are very patient and focused to get it done. I am very satisfied with the crew and definitely will recommend About The Move to my friends and colleagues. Thank you!

Amber and the entire team was professional, courteous and ready to provide whatever assistance we needed for our move. About the Move provided service in loading two trucks loads of household goods for us. Excellent job in loading both trucks with great care with our furniture. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend About the Move to my family, friends and anyone who needs moving assistance!!
