I’m honestly really disappointed and upset about my experience with this moving company. What should have been a simple move across the parking lot turned into a 9-hour ordeal. Many of my things were already packed and organized, yet the process dragged on endlessly. Afterwards, I went back to check my previous apartment. There were multiple items that were not packed up.
Heartbreaking. Broke the brick at the first house and put holes in the Sheetrock at the new house. Dropped two pieces of furniture on the new floor. Dragged a $1800 couch on the concrete with an appliance dolly and busted up the dresser. Randall increased the bill by $700 trying to cover damages. Sixty cents per pound is a legal but unethical contract unless you get additional insurance. Buyer beware!

Do not use pink zebra!!!! We had an Absolutely horrible experience with Pink Zebra moving from Mobile to North Carolina. The guys who came to pack our things wreaked of weed and I found multiple things they just couldn’t be bothered to pack up. We were told an original moving date and then that had to be changed because Randall double booked the moving day therefore causing us to have to extend our rental longer than originally planned incurring more expenses.

Pink Zebra has a great working crew. These guys were on time with a warm and friendly attitude. My items were carefully and strategically placed in the truck. I can’t say enough good things about Pink Zebra Moving Company. They were originally scheduled to pack and move my home into a pod in Fairhope, Alabama, but early in the process we realized not everything would fit. Without hesitation, they quickly pivoted and offered to move the remaining contents of my home all the way to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and organize everything neatly in a storage unit for me.
