The guy in the front office has a very nasty attitude! Talks over you and when I asked for the corporate number made the comment to me “maybe he can explain it to you to where you can understand” I replied sir, I’m very smart, I have my MBA, starting my doctorate and is by no means a dummy and I don’t appreciate the way he talked to me. This is all because they were charging me a prorate on insurance that they said I owed.

The Manager here Jillian is disrespectful, rude, she stereotype people and discrimination. I want corporate to contact to explain more in details. Do not rent from this location at all. You would be off at the one on government blvd. Hwy 90. Also do not rent from the one on schillinger either
I was not able to get onto the elevator to get into my storage unit after having a tone of furniture moved. This caused me an inconvenience!!!! I’m back here now it’s the next morning and I’m still not able to access my storage unit that I have paid for!!!!! I’m beyond frustrated 😣 …

Great experience from start to finish. Jillian was very friendly and professional, and the whole process took no time at all. She answered my questions clearly and made getting a storage unit quick and stress-free. Clean facility, easy setup, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for storage without the hassle.
I was really surprised by this place. I almost passed it up but I ended up stopping in and being helped by Shawn. He was super knowledgeable and made the entire experience pleasant. Well maintained units and clean exterior along with great pricing.
UPDATE: Since my initial review, I was contacted by the “Area Manager” personally. I am pleased to update that we amicably were able to resolve the matter. I had the opportunity to discuss and express my concerns w/ my situation and the payment system also any grey areas , or miscommunication that led to the issue. He listened, took accountability where the ball was dropped and informed me of changes that were forthcoming for better customer experience. I am appreciative of the promptness to rectify the matter.
Please know I'm giving a 5 🌟 based on the customer service. I haven't experienced actually renting the unit yet. But Ms. Micheal and Mr. Sean(Shawn) were on point, kind, knowledgeable and very informative. Sean (Shawn) broke down my expected fees and got me all et up for my future rental. Also. The service was quick. I waa greeted, shown the untis of be rented, informed the hours of operation. So far, do good.
