What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Very reasonable price, friendly and professional staff. I got a 10x10 storage unit and it was great!!!

Very clean and secure storage units. Pricing is very affordable and a less than most storage facilities. What peaked my interest the most was the fact that you can also access your unit from inside the building which is very clean, secure and well maintained. I was very satisfied with the customer care I received from Ms. Brenda. She is very kind, professional and courteous. She took the time to answer all the questions I had and she made sure I was continent and comfortable.

I had the most friendly and professional experience with the manager, Ms. Reynolds! It was like chatting with an old friend. I needed a unit at the very last minute and she made everything go so smoothly and took great care in explaining each detail. The facility welcome center was inviting with refreshments and unlike anything I've ever encountered at a storage center. The units were the cleanest I have seen with easy access & great security measures. So glad I chose Absolute Storage!
