This is the most crooked, thieving company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I should have known there would be an issue when I called to schedule a date/time for my move and they didn't provide a contract or any type of written confirmation but demanded a $10 “deposit” via Venmo. I followed up about a week and a half before the move to try to confirm the time because I'd received absolutely no contact from them. I was spoken to like I was being unreasonable.

My move was supposed to be early morning on Friday, 31, 2024. I had even called the day before to ensure that the early morning moving day appointment was still a go. Instead of arriving at the said time I received a call explaining that they had to go pick up a truck in Altavista and would not be able to do my move as they had another move they needed to get to early as well. They then asked me if I would be okay to move the move day to June 1st, the next day, I said no. I am to be out of my apartment today.

Very responsive and professional at first. Then arrived 2 hours late the day of the move. Told me over the phone multiple times that he had a team for the move and shows up with just he and his pregnant wife. Of course I helped him with the move because of how heavy some of the items were, I didn’t feel right just standing there. So after being late and lying about having a team of movers, once I helped him get the truck fully loaded, he takes off in the opposite direction to go have a sit down lunch.

I would not hire them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. First off, they were late. They also did not come prepared with tools to disassemble my furniture that required disassembly to get through the doorways, and if I did not already have the tools needed, I have no idea what they would’ve actually been able to move.

I will never use this company again and would not recommend them. They quoted one price then jacked the price up after packing.They also stood around and talked more than they moved. Some of our furniture was not packed with blankets and shifted during the move, scratching some of our belongings.
