I would definitely recommend you think twice before hiring My Guys Moving Company. You definitely get what you pay for, and boy did I. We contracted them for our move and while the price was better than that of their competitors, it was not worth the headache and hassle we currently have on our hands. I should note that they NEVER offered additional insurance for the move - something I gladly would have paid for.
Hi Karen, we are under new ownership now. Sorry to hear that your experience with the former company was less than ideal. Our current quality of service and claims process is much better.
While most of my belongings were packed just fine, I would never use My Guys again. Out of the 3 workers, One of the movers did very little and did not work nearly hard as the other two, and the other two were even making jokes about how slow he was. I felt like the move could have been done faster, resulting in me not paying as much 130 for an additional hour. By far my biggest complaint though was the handling of my upright piano.
First, they had mentioned that the move would take 6 to 7 hours, or at least that was the understanding. This was not spoken to me, but written in the contract which I had only seen after signing it. Secondly, the man said they would take four hours to load and three to deliver. However, they took six hours and 48 minutes to load. Because of this after talking to the manager they said after 9 hours they would not charge me. After this time they threw everything into the new garage and left.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I wish I had read more reviews before booking with them. We are very unsatisfied with our move. They charge by the hour and boy do they make sure to get all the money they want. One of their guys got injured and their speed significantly slowed. I requested compensation for that and after 3 weeks of calling and calling they finally said the move took the expected time.

I was helping to move my Mom and Samantha, Josh, Maurt and Kenny made sure the move got done and I was very satisfied with the care and attention to detail the moving crew took when moving my Mother's belongings. My moving coordinator made sure I was given regular updates and helped keep open lines of communication. She is awesome! They wrapped heavy or large items and are truly professional. I am grateful for their professionalism and kindness.

The gentleman that moved my furniture were prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They did a great job getting everything out of my storage unit and into my new townhouse. They actually finished ahead of schedule and saved me a few dollars. I would definitely recommend and use them again!!

I couldn't ask for a better company to use. The crew loaded their truck in 3hrs at 12 degrees. On the delivery side the company notified me on their arrival time, along with the crew, they also called me to let me know too. They unloaded my truck in recorded time and communicated with me through the whole process.
These guys were the absolute best! Dion's crew were the gentleman that moved us, and let me tell you, they are top notch! We recommend this company and appreciate how they handled our personal belongings with care and the joy that came along with it! Ask for Dion's Crew! You will NOT be disappointed!
